Everything was fine except I needed a faster delivery option than 2 - 4 days. If my oder arrives in 2 days that will work but anything beyond that is not really Good for me. We will see hiw it turns out

Only problem is the cart/checkout…
Only problem is the cart/checkout process - when viewing cart, there are no item prices shown. You have to start checkout in order to see item prices, but then you cant edit so have to go back to cart. Please show item prices in cart view.

Expected Delivery Date ????
I don't see anywhere on the order what the expected delivery date is. I didn't see it on the website, in checkout, and it's not in the email confirmation. I don't know when I can expect to get these items. It would be nice to have that information listed somewhere so I know how to plan.

Thanks for the input. We do provide estimated ship times during the checkout process. However, we can't guarantee delivery dates at this time because we relay in shipping carriers like UPS, FedEx, and USPS and their delivery dates are not accurate. It does look like you received your products within a couple days though.

Clear product display and direct ordering options and NO upselling of buying multiple items for ever increasing "discounts" - straight forward pricing at reasonable prices...AND...wide array of products

My BEST online experience
My new home has interior doors, that shut hard and 2 won't even latch. I used your hinge cosmetic covers as spacers correct poor factory alignment and operation! I also forgot to do an address change when I ordered them, And USPS sent them back the same day they received I called Hinge Outlet, and explained . They sent them back to the correct address NO CHARGE. Can't beat that!!!
