Still haven't gotten the stuff I ordered and can't actually communicate with a human.
A full month later and the thresholds I ordered still haven't even shipped. They still show as in stock on the website and the emailed responses say they will fulfill and ship orders within 1-3 business days but no updates on when this specific order will be fulfilled. Just don't order anything time sensitive because they don't ship your stuff out and the emailed responses are just form responses.
*Edited to add* They have not offered an opportunity to cancel the order in the in two form email responses I've gotten and all items I ordered show as in stock and available to ship on their website as of June 5th at 8am despite their response describing manufacturing delays.

The Thermatru hinges your ordered do come packed in bulk direct from the manufacturer. We always inspect the hinges though before they go out and the Oil Rubbed Bronze ones do have what appears to be scratches in them, but are typically part of the rustic finish. We are one of the only retailers you can buy these from online at this time though. We ship the vast majority of our orders the same day or next business day after the order is placed. Sometimes, we do run into inventory issues though and communicate those out right away. Hinges don’t reverse but marketed as they would…
Bought hinges that said they were reversible can’t get them to reverse. They sent me a note saying they would reverse. I had a friend try it. They couldn’t get it either …so far waste of my money for 2nd door.

Colleen, the hinges you ordered are completely reversible. I have done it thousands of times with those hinges personally myself. You do need to knock out the bottom decorative cap, and then knock the pin out to reverse them though. We will call you to walk you through everything.

I was trying to order some cabinet door hinges to replace a couple of hinges that were broken. Our home was built in 1999 and I had looked for some time.
