Good or worse.
They have been good. But their customer service is very very bad. They don’t have phone number to contact in case of emergencies.
And during the pandemic they ask for 80 pound insurance which was good. But suddenly I received the email my rent is due without telling us before.
Which was really bad and when they change their address, they did not inform us and my account was blocked with ride share companies.
They didn’t take the responsibility for that.

The car was not clean full of dust the seats had stains on them the roof lining is black in some places the car had many scratches the mats were disgusting i threw them away and replaced myself there are tears and rips on the rear door cards mist rental companies cars are nearly new these cars are over 3yrs old with over 130,000mls on the clock

I Drive with Uber and other Apps last 5 years, I don't have any car but I always hired car & I did last 3 companies. But this time I did from HireBrid the reason I call into HireBrid office and Muhammad picked my call, Muhammad was so polite with me from day-one to I start driving the car, I and my 3 other friends tried to upload all documents but we all failed,
but muhammed helped me. His polite service I can't forget at all. Every customer I pick-up I do remember him. I really appreciated his hard work and excellent service.

Genuinely Exceptional !!!
I've hired before from other hire companys for 4 years now and thought it was time for a change as i did not receive the help and customer care that should be given to customers. I recently decided that i would hire my vehicle from hirebrid after reading the reviews and can honestly say that the help and support i received from the staff was EXCEPTIONAL!!!
Cannot fault them and would genuinely recommend them as for the first time in a long time i genuinely felt that i received first class customer service and support especially with what i and everyone has been through with the pandemic and lockdown.
