This Company went above and beyond i ordered a Tissot watch as a gift for my Grandson’s 21st which didn’t arrive as it had missed out house number contacted them explaining that royal mail had sent it back to them they immediately sent a replacement as the one going back to them was last one instock so they sent me an upgraded model at no additional cost i cannot thank them enough at the Sheffield office , amazing service from an amazing company

We took a family solitaire diamond ring into the store and asked for advice which was given, we chose to have the ring resized, the staff were all professional and friendly. We have just collected the ring today and was absolutely over the moon with it, was beautifully done and cleaned to a high standard. Delighted with the first class service given. Incredible service, so impressed. I put a note on saying I was going away so could they let me know if the order wouldn’t be dispatched that day and got an email back confirming it had been sent out and with a tracking reference.
