Noroze was very helpful in my onboarding call making sure that everything was set up for me to get the most out of my time at HL pro tools and giving me all the info needed to help me succeed.
I had everything setup from the Starting Checklist. But my call with Noroze was still EXTREMELY HELPFUL!
There are so many parts to HLPT that it can be easy to feel lost. But Noroze helped me figure out extra things I can do to start my agency off strong. He was great and I'm so excited to get going!
Noroze Hassan was amazing. Very professional and extremely knowledgeable about HL Protools and GHL. I feel more confident knowing what I just invested in and fee like I can now serve my clients at a high level.
PATIENCE! I recognize it because I dont have much myself. LOL! But Mughees & Haadi were very patient with my ADHD and forgetting simple steps. They showed me again AND a better way to remember by using custom menu items for short cuts. Great experience. Thanks guys.
Noroze was fantastic at helping me onboard. He got me all set up in less then an hour and got me on my way.
The onboarding support call from Qairman was very helpful. He explained features, showed how to make adjustments throughout the tools, and answered the questions I had during the call.
Their support has progressively gotten worse over the last 3-6 months; whilst their team's responses have become more vague, I have to follow up and ask multiple follow up questions because their support team aren't reading tickets properly.
They used to be able to help with phone number setup as well as CSS/JS and theme formatting, now they simply don't.
Quality of answers has become shorter.
Price went up by $100/mo for features I don't even use.

I sign up with HL Pro Tools and in less than 24 hours, I was fully onboarded, including connecting with my helpdesk team via Slack, accessing the wealth of resources in the membership portal, and installing the HL Pro Tools Control Panel inside my High Level app. The onboarding representative was friendly and knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions regarding the best way to get started.
Fantastic experience. I expect to be able to massively scale now that I know my customers will have an exceptional onboarding experience, just like I did! Great support, and Fasih was so helpful and walked me through all the things that have been holding me back from launching. In 4 minutes he solved one of my biggest problems. I now have confidence to launch globally knowing that HLProTools has my back!
total scam - this group is just horrible absolutely zero customer support. was supposed to offer timely support to our customers and instead didn't respond for weeks on end and ultimately cost us tens of thousands. all they have are AI agents now - can't even answer their own sales inquires.

So far so good. The tools are great and the support is very good as well. If I had to say anything negative it would be that there is much more to learn that I expected, but that is not a bad thing either.

I really appreciated the support and professionalism from Ray and Curtis. They took the time to understand my needs, guided e clearly, and made sure I felt confident moving forward. The calls were not only helpful but also reassuring, I felt I was in good hands.
