The foundations smell of literal chemicals! The first time I ordered I let it go and continued using, because the coverage was good.
Ordered again and same problem, smells of nail polish 🤢 I know for a fact it is not safe.
Customer services are refusing to take any accountability. In particular someone called Amy!
We pay for these things, we expect them to be good! If they aren’t then you’re legally expected to provide a refund or replacement!

Returned goods for a refund and customer service is non existent. This small company is not worth the hassle beware they will do anything to get out of refunding you. Would avoid the stress in future
Nothing arrived and it’s been 11 days!
I placed my order on the 27 November and it still hasn’t arrived, yet it said 3/5 working days for delivery. I have since emailed them twice and sent a message on instagram.
After they received my email they refunded my shipping cost which isn’t what I wanted. I just want my products!
They did not respond to my email nor any explanation etc just a refund on the shipping cost.
I will NEVER shop with HNB again!
I still don’t know when my order will arrive.

Don’t bother
I ordered foundation, it came and was way to dark, doesn’t look like the colour I ordered, sent it back and ordered a lighter colour, still to dark. Tried to claim a refund and they refused as said the item had been used. It really hadn’t, therefore submitted and appeal and it was accepted, but still waiting for my refund, this was 10 days ago. Not happy, the colour pallets are completely different to what you get sent, and customer service were rude! Will not be ordering again

To be honest, I was quite scared to place my order reading all the reviews on trust pilot but decided to give it a go. Everything was so smooth, no issues with colours or delivery whatsoever. I am absolutely in love with products (I ordered lipliner, lipstick and lip gloss). The colours are so stunning, my absolute dream lip combo. I placed an order Sunday night, Wednesday afternoon the order was with me. I recommend, even though sometimes the things may not go as planned, I had no issues at all. I am a very happy customer! ☺️💙
Customer service is awful
Customer service is awful. Someone called Amy responded to emails yet was not helpful at all, not sure if she read the email to begin with, as she responded with a vague message. Do better if you want repeat customers💗

Purchased several items from HNB cosmetics and won’t be buying again! Returned 3 items as they were incorrect colours, once they received my return they refused to refund as said they were ‘used’ I opened the product to check the colour that was all. I contacted them to ask if they would be returning the products to me if they are refusing a refund and they said ‘no we threw them away’. So almost £50 just gone in the bin. I should have had the option of keeping the products and given them to someone else instead of my money just being thrown away. I think this is shocking and never experienced this before. Very disappointing customer service and reading the reviews they clearly don’t care for their customers! Should have cottoned on to this when their tik tok videos are all paid commissions! I actually recommended the products to a friend and she tried them and she said the foundation was terrible, flaked off her face within minutes of applying. Awful products but then again what did we expect considering the ‘affordable’ price tags.
Very bad
Very bad. Placed a order on the 28th of december. It got dispatched, only the customs in my country send it back to hnb cosmetics. That was on the 15th of January, still no parcel, and no money back. They say the didn’t receive the package back but it is more than 2 weeks on his way back to the UK. I would like to get my money back. The costumer service doesn’t help either. Very disappointed!

Wish I had read the review first. I placed an order, took 2 weeks to come and countless emails asking where my items are. I asked for a refund after 12 days of waiting and magically I had a notification saying my parcel had been dispatched and arrived 2 days later.
Then once I got my delivery, they only sent 2 of 3 items and refunded me one item yet I placed the order 2 weeks ago.
Do NOT buy
The most pathetic and useless company. They had Black Friday offers. I knew it was too good to be true lol. I placed an order on the 23rd of November and till this current date (13th December 2024) I haven’t received my package. Even though I’ve gone back so many times trying to contact them they keep sending me around. When I email them they tell me to go on TikTok. When I go on TikTok they don’t respond. They also cancelled my refund request when they clearly haven’t even shipped it. I will honestly get the union involved even if it’s just for £20. The point isn’t the money now. The point is how they treat their customers. They don’t deserve any ounce of success. If I have to I’ll definitely take matters further.

Awful products and even worse customer service
The concealer is very chalky and doesn’t sit right on the skin. The tint is a total different shade to what is shown online. I have emailed numerous times but have been ignored. Also messaged them on instagram but have had no reply.
Never received my item
I ordered through tik tok shop and waited so long to realise my order was never shipped. I contacted the company through Instagram who told me to email them. I emailed them and it’s been nearly a month and still heard nothing back. Whilst the employees are going abroad celebrating their launches maybe they should employee more people to provide good customer service. I had to then request a refund from tik tok.
Disappointed as was excited to get my order.

Lovely concealer, shame all of the shades are out of stock and a little goes a long way.
Delivery takes a while though. It says dispatched next day but took 4 days to be dispatched

My first experience with HNB cosmetics was not a great one. I think the issue was lack of communication. I am a very understanding person and when reaching out on my final email, they explained some of the issues they had been having over their carrier (I am unaware as I’m located in Los Angeles). Had I known about this, I think my reaction would’ve been a lot different because I know that issue was out of their hands and control but unfortunately I wasn’t notified until our last conversation. We ended up sorting the issue and I received the products a few days after. I ended up falling in love with the product and have since then placed another order. My order shipped March 1. I received my order yesterday, March 8th. The shipping on this order was insanely fast compared to my previous order. I don’t have any issues with HNB. I was upset over their lack of communication and responses the first time around but I think now that it’s been sorted and now that I’ve placed a second order and it’s already in my hands, I will def be recommending this company and will def. Be placing more orders in the future! I’m already anticipating their restock so I can stock up on more concealer and I’m anxious to try my new foundation today! Again, thank you for a 100000% better experience the second time around! :)
Worst customer service 2023
If it was possible to leave 0 stars I would! I purchased straight of the website but the items were the wrong shades and come up way darker than expected. The items were unopened and I contacted HNB for an EXCHANGE... bearing in mind I wasn't asking for my money back but a simple exchange for NEW and UNUSED items. Well... their customer service is appaling and useless. No help or support but rather unhelpful responses simply refusing to help and not even to inspect the items were UNUSED and STILL BRAND NEW. Be aware if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reson then forget it, you will not get any help from them and they will just refuse to sort out the issue. What a horrible company!!
