Ordered 2 items online, received an email saying it was sent, but the tracking number brought no results. 2 weeks later asked what was happening, then received a second email saying my order was sent out with a different carrier, and received no apology or explanation of what happened. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I bought a product, and the next day, the price of that product had dropped. The Hobbiesville team acted professionally by offering a gift card with a value corresponding to the discount difference. Hobbiesville was not obligated to reimburse me, but they did anyway, which is greatly appreciated. Hobbiesville is a young company that stands out among the various retailers in its field, and we often find the best prices in the country. Thank you, and keep up the good work!

Hobbiesville is one of the nicest places to play, buy or sell your cards. Their price is fair and the customer support is always trying to make sure your experience at the store is what you hope to be.

Target's toy sections are a collector's nightmare in San Francisco. Seriously, THEY NEVER HAVE ANYTHING. I couldn't find 'target's in store only exclusive' BatMan & BatPod at any target in the city. McFarlane's customer service wasn't any help, or any of the greedy scalpers online either. So after about a month & a half I gave up. But luckily I found Hobbiesville! And they sold it for less than anyone else including shipping.

This company is not to be trusted! They are selling brand new sets way above MSRP , ontop of it all they send out damaged products.
I paid 400$ for a surging sparks booster box + I paid extra for collector shipping & they still send out damaged product.
This is a prime example of what is not good for the hobby!! I will be posting my reviews everywhere so this doesnt happen to other people*

Hobbiesville has turned into a scam company. In addition to upcharging absorbent amounts on new TCG products, they also falsely advertise some products. I personally fell victim to this, as I unknowingly purchased a japanese set as the name did not mention japanese (as their other listings do), and the price was 3 times higher than most japanese sets which aligned with modern english sets. Given the demand for these products and the urgent need to purchase before items go out of stock, Hobbiesville is taking advantage of customers who are just trying to collect some cards.

Additionally, they charge a 10% restocking fee that, funny enough, is applied after the tax and further inflates their fee despite not actually collecting taxes.

You lost my business, and from the recent bad reviews on twitter, you should have lost my business even sooner.

I'll keep it simple. I placed an order online. Requested it be refunded the same day. They ignored my email and sent me a 10% off coupon for my next purchase. Definitely will not be purchasing from then ever again. I also feel sorry for all the people that to pay "tarriffs" to hobbiesville in order to receive their pre-orders. Canadian company shipping canadian products to Canadians. Scam artists and shady business people. Would avoid

Bought a primatic ETB and it came in in perfect condition.

First time visiting store in Toronto. Didnt see item i wanted on shelf. Staff very helpful and went and got more product, Very friendly and knowledgeable. Also inquired about upcoming pokemon release for my grandson, very helpful. thx for great experience.
