I had been with Hobbymaker from day 1, absolutely loved the products, the demonstrations, the original one day p&p, the quick delivery times from 99.9% of the companies and the fact they had alot of smaller companies and family run businesses who I never would have come across otherwise.
Fast forward 3 years, and after the demise of Create and Craft, and it's going downhill fast. It's mostly now the big companies who started out on C&C and jumped ship before it sank. Gone are the days of friendly and quick resolution to missing orders, missing items and quick refunds without having to chase them for weeks on end. It's been taken over by the bigger companies while smaller ones have been pushed out. I prefer to buy direct now, at least if part of an order is missing or an order doesn't show up then it is rectified quickly. I miss the split pay options by shopping direct, but if I can't afford it outright then it stays in my own bank account. What started as a brilliant channel has now definitely lost its sparkle.

This is an very good company that supplies most things crafters need as some of us do not have local stores

Bought from a couple of suppliers as I like to get the best value from the p & p. Both items came quickly and lived up to expectations

Great channel and love the demos. The quality is always A+. Delivery is fast and packaging excellent. I usually order from the app as it is so handy.

What is great about hobbymakers is the variety of different companies under the name of hobbymakers who produce quality of goods which is great for any budget you can get just one item or more all for one delivery charge. The app is so easy to use and if you want to contact them they're so easy to talk to and very efficient I watch the shows on TV and have learnt so much the presenter's and guests are lovely keep doing the same please

Little bit of a challenge to navigate the site but able to order. Had to wait just a bit for order to arrive but did receive exactly what I ordered!

I don't watch it much these days. I'm a paper crafter so if there's anything I want to watch...eg how to or new ideas I might record it so I can cut out a lot of the chatter...so for me more action less chat. But when I have bought items they are good quality and customer service has been very good. I'd need to buy quite a few things to justify the postage though...so putting several paper crafing shows on at a time would be great and then cost effective...

I have been a member from day one and like many had my misfortunes with HM but over time I have come to realize that there is a very familiar family vibe, with a great customer service team trying their best to please everyone. The team front of house are customer focused through the aid of technology reach out to people and giving them a chance to comment on how things are going.

They still haven't sorted out the none receipt of items from an order placed earlier in the year and more resent one. I'm sick of the going back and forth in emails(where I've even supplied photos) last week was my latest endeavour and yet again a We are sorry reply from them. And in any reply on here will most probably be We are sorry please ring us. What's the point of doing that if their customers services can't even get anything sorted out by emails with all the information they legally would need.

First time ordering through HobbyMaker. I am very pleased with the help when ordering and although was told my order would take around 10-14 days I received my order in around 8 days so yes very happy with HobbyMaker

Haven't ordered much recently as have been crafting for so long I am working through my extensive stash!! When I have ordered, however, items have arrived within the time stated without problems, though they sometimes take a bit longer than I would like if I am keen to get going quickly! However I do agree with others that there could be more descriptive content on the website, especially as sometimes I am browsing when the shows are not on and it's not always clear exactly what is included and how it might be used unless you have watched the actual show. I have watched Hobbymaker from the early days and enjoyed purchasing products not available on Create and Craft. Now I find lots of the old products reappearing and more emphasis on the use of paints, inks, stencils and textures, etc which is not where my own interests lie. However crafting moves through trends and current trends are well presented. I just find myself working on creating albums from my old photos and watching Sewing Street more often now to inspire me with my fabric stash.

Never had any problems with items ordered and have enjoyed the demo's. Have been shopping with Hobbymaker for about a year.

I'm rather surprised that there are so many bad reviews. I've never had any problems, all items have arrived on time and in good order.

HobbyMaker is the best place in the world to shop for all crafting supplies big or small. The postage amazing too! Just £4.95 for as many items as you want in a 24hr period!!! Packaged well every time! And bargains galore!!!!
I love it and do not shop anywhere else!!!

I'm a huge Sizzix fan, so now that HobbyMaker is the UK home of Sizzix I am able to take advantage of the great prices offered, as well as enjoying fab demo's from my favourite Sizzix designers. I love that P&P is capped per day, rather than charged per item/order.
I have ordered other brands too, since HM came on air, but for me now, the main draw to HM is the Sizzix connection.

The Sissix Big Shot machine was promoted yesterday 30th May, I sent in an enquiry on screen asking for confirmation of the plate size, the question wasn’t answered. I did place an order thinking I could return it if it’s not right for me. I’ve since researched via high street shop Hobbycraft to obtain more details. Now how long will I have to wait for delivery?

Really enjoy seeing the huge range of hobbies that you cover. It has relit my love of crafts and bought various items that I am very happy with.

Products are always as described, loads of bargains to be had. Hobbymaker is my go to for crafting purchases. Would highly recommend

I have watched hobbymaker from day one. Received everything I have ordered although 2 companies seem to be really slow, but I realise that is not hobbymaker's fault. I love the instant interaction you get with them. All the guests and presenters seem to really enjoy themselves. I also love the mayhem caused when the managers make an appearance.

I have been buying from HobbyMaker since it began and have very few complaints. I really appreciate being able to speak with someone easily if there is a problem and there have been very few over the years.
I love that there are new and exciting items promoted in their shows and sometimes unexpected surprises. The presenters keep me entertained and I learn a lot from the guests.
