I look forward to my wattsapp message reminding me and inviting me to the HM channel which starts. I have Fibromyalgia so the automatic reminder is a new addition godsend. I sit on my sofa and just watch the informative education on crafting, so many possibilities I didn't know about! The presenters are thoughtful to us newbies with asking the demonstrators questions I would ask! I always find inspiration from each segment. Ordering is so easy. Just a very good company that help other companies to reach people like myself who can't get out much. HM has helped me with my mental health and wellbeing by highlighting that crafts are not just for art teachers but there is an artist in everyone by just taking me to another place where I feel worthy again in this world. The land of have a go! Thank you HM for bringing laughter and joy into my home!!

I watch hobby maker every day,but get fed up of all the chit chat instead of getting on with the demonstrating .I think a lot of the stuff is expensive .The postage is not bad if you are ordering a few things.

Great prices with one post and packaging delivery fee for any number of items in any 24 hours. You can add to your order all day even after you've checked out and if you combine the orders its still only one p and p charge.
There's always some item to add to your Crafty stash and you can build a wish list to add items when you have the urge to splurge. As well as demonstrations of new products there are numerous items on the website sorted by brand name to help find that elusive item you really need. I've been a customer since the channel first aired and have always had excellent service. I have also used their customer service when an item was delayed, and it is excellent and I have never had cause to complain.Please keep bringing the supplies we all love. Thanks. Jackie.

Always good delivery, but there is one thing that all craft companies forget. A lot of people don't have broadband and also do not use Facebook so you miss out on special offers that are for those people only. Older people are not tech savvy and are left out in the cold. This happens time and time again with a lot of companies.

Whilst the products are of good quality, delivery is poor compared to other companies

I'm new to Hobbymaker and when my order was taking a while I had a look at the reviews and could see a lot of customers were having trouble with their deliveries. I contacted customer service and they were fantastic. Everything sorted. I had to contact them again but I had an instant reply. I will definitely be buying again. Thank you Hobbymaker staff

Great service kept well informed regarding delivery. Queried why I hadn’t received all my order didn’t realise items came from different companies, spoke to customer services who advised me to wait a few more days however my item arrived later that day plus I received an email from that company apologising for the delay, very impressed, thank you.

I enjoy the camaraderie of the shows but have to say I very much pick and choose what I watch. Nigel and Dave are brilliant presenters. I bought lots earlier in the year but 2 missing orders from Paper Dienamics (1 has now arrived) has put me off ordering. Waiting 2 months when I've paid my money is not really on. The Customer Service team have been helpful but they can only advise not actually deliver the missing items!! Be upfront about the delivery problems that sometimes occur and accept they happen and I, for one, will be happier ordering again.

Been with HM since day 1 and never had a problem.
Obviously there are days when what's on is not for me, but they cater for a wide variety of customers.
Pricing is very good and delivery usually on time.
Those viewers who give bad reviews sometimes just enjoy a good grumble, nothing is perfect all the time and hiccups are to be expected.
Looking forward to many more years of Hobbymaker.

Same old things, I hardly ever watch now

It appears you have to be glued to your lap top all day to be able to take advantage of reductions in prices.Also I agree with others too much chatting among presenters and not enough demonstrating.

I like Dave and Nigel as they as so professional and have been in the craft business for a long time. The appearance of the screen is pleasing on the eye and all goods are sent in great packaging.

There seems to be a lot of the same companies repeated throughout the day there should be more variety considering there is limited broadcasting time. delivery is hit and miss, rarely any tracking. Still waiting for an order allegedly dispatched on 2nd May, told to "give them till Friday " then on Monday told that it was coming direct so had to allow 11 working days and a query could take up to 10 more working days!

Good quality demos/information about products before deciding to purchase. Easy to order.

My orders are always late or go missing and I have to email several times and then wait weeks for them to arrive..
I don't watch Hobbymaker much now as they are just trying to sell the same to things and it is boring watching them make fools of themselves.
When they had the offers on of every time you buy something you will get a free gift, well I bought some things as soon as the show was on the t.v but never received any free gifts, when I emailed them they just replied out of stock..... Not happy.

Easy to order. Kept informed of delivery status. Love the presenters, always full of enthusiasm and good humour. Great offers and knowledge shown by the presenters. Versatility in the range of goods on offer.

I like that you have just one p&p to pay the whole day so you can order more than once in day without worrying about the cost of p&p. I like that there is demos so you know how to use the product. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 out of 5 is because I don’t get tracking on my orders so I have no idea if it’s been sent or not or when it will arrive
