the programme are varied, presenters are experienced,products are good quality , aftersales are quick and efficient have excellent manners.orders are dispatched quickly.refunds dealt with quickly.

Lovely informal presentations by very knowledgeable presenters. They all make art feel accessible and I rarely watch any of the demo's without smiling! Capped postage is a bonus and deliveries and tracking have always been prompt. Big thumbs up.

Its great that p&p is capped but having to chase up orders after 3/4 weeks of waiting is not good.also having to contact centre because being charged for buy one get one free did not go through although they were quick to sort it - I enjoy the shows especially the ones with Carla Bagshaw who knows how to explain how to use items

Ordering can be a bit hit and miss as the web site is not straightforward. Delivery is poor. Items do not arrive when scheduled and Yodel is a joke.

I'm usually pleased with the items I've ordered. However I am very unhappy with the time it takes for orders to arrive. I have never yet received an order in the time quoted i.e. 4-6 days direct from HobbyMaker or 8-11 days from supplier. Then I get stupid excuses.

I have bought a few things in HobbyMaker and the service has been great, I’m a bit like a kid at Christmas waiting for my delivery!!
I love watching HobbyMaker, the presenters and the demonstrators are brilliant and if I’m down they cheer me up no end. The only thing is I have to watch it on YouTube as I have sky glass so I can’t get the craft channels which is sooo annoying.
I am a carer to my son, so HobbyMaker keeps me going.

Online ordering was easy having already set up my account, the goods I ordered were at a very good price and I now look forward to receiving my package.

I love watching H&M I have no problems with the delivery also no problems with the customer service.All the presenter are lovely to.The demo's could be longer.i lost my partner nearly four years ago and this is company for me when I get home from work.It keeps going I like to say thank you for keeping me going when I have different days.

Well I love HM, so much better than the past shows that have been shown on freview TV. They cover my favourite brands Hunkydory, Paper Dynamics and Pinflar plus you have my favourite presenters/demonstrators Dawn Wheeler, Nigel May, Dave Bradford, Hayley West. All you need is Dean Wilson on the team and you have perfection. For me keep on doing what you do.

Great selection of products and good delivery time

Hobbymaker is my favourite show love the live demonstrations would be nice to have more of them . Postage very good one pp all day customer service fantastic deal with any problem quickly and efficiently. Great value and quality products

The quality of the produces are up there, but oh dear when it come to actually receiving them, the timescales need some addressing. I appreciate that it is in the main the manufacturers who dispatch the goods, but they really do need to up their game, as I am sure the long wait times do actually put people off placing orders. I placed an order on 17/5 it is now 1/6 and still no sign of the order, nor any communication advise of any delays.

We have never had any trouble with hobbymaker When we had any trouble with a delivery customer service sorted it straight away The only thing I would say with hobbymaker I hate to say is with Rosie and Cheralene Rosie talks to much and does not give the demonstrator a chance to speak she tries to take over Cheralene talk about things that is not to do with the show When they are on my husband turns the television on mute They are probably two nice ladies but frustrate my husband

I love Hobbymaker 😁 the presenters are so happy, the demonstrations are informative and the deals are amazing.
Delivery is prompt (although not as fast as Amazon etc) but for one postage fee per day, what's not to love 😊
Supporting British company's is always a plus.

The on-air hours don't suit me particularly well and I'm frustrated by watching on catch up after the event because there never seems to be enough stock of the products I want. I think they have a good variety of products and brands for paper crafters (but not many other crafts) but sometimes the prices don't seem as good value as is made out on screen. The one P&P for all day purchasing is a real plus point, however, in my experience, the actual delivery is usually slow and sometimes things have arrived damaged - questionable choice of courier and lack of tracking/delivery information plays a big part in that, but also the packaging materials used are sometimes not really the best (eg. put paper/cardstock in a box not a post bag so the corners don't get messed up). Nigel, Hayley and Dave are absolute pros at presenting and Nigel really does make me laugh, but a couple of the others don't come across as at all professional. Most of the guest demonstrators come across well but there is one particular female guest that I will never watch as her tone and attitude are far too sarcastic and off-putting for someone who clearly knows way less about crafting than her, lol! So all this taken into account I usually check out other companies before placing my order and order from HM when it's not available or cheaper elsewhere.

I love watching Hobbymaker and all the different shows. I watch nearly everyday it keeps me company. The presenters and demonstrators are very informative and hilarious. I just wish the shows could be longer so that the demonstrators have more time and not rushed, also some of us who have limited funds can’t always afford or want bundles of consumables eg adhesives, ink pads etc and perhaps give people more options for split pay on smaller items.

I love the shows on the whole. Great pricing, although I do not want them to close down for having them too low. Well packed, fast delivery, great call centre staff when needed. Website super easy. Some items a little slow with despatch but coming from small businesses I am happy to support and wait, (it's hardly life and death having a week or two wait).
Just a huge fan on the whole although my only criticism is sound levels are set very low when watching via the app at times

The best thing about hobbymaker is one p&p for day. The demonstrations are good however the camera sometimes goes back to presenter at wrong moment.

I tune in if I'm in my craft room.
It is fun to watch but sometimes it's too silly with private messages into ear pieces that we're not privy too & presenter looses the thread. P&p is good if you add extra goodies during the afternoon.

I love what I have bought from HobbyMaker but you send too many emails.
