Hofina Reviews

Quickly delivered, good hardware and lovely

Ordered custom measurements for a floating shelf to cover an old radiator, and it’s perfect. Really can’t be happier. Arrived timely, well packaged and perfect condition, and it’s beautiful!

I think that is wrong to have to pay to ship something back that your satisfied with.

Having difficulties keeping the shelves level. The is only 7”x24”, I tried to shim it but still not level.

Great customer service. Fun design. Wish there was a way to upgrade and have soft close drawers. But the price is more than fair for what it is

I’m an architect and asked several very detailed questions about construction, exact sizes and locations of supporting dowels, etc. All my questions were quickly and accurately answered, and my order arrived in just a few days. I’ve since painted the shelves and they look great in our house. I would definitely order from this company again. Thank you

Excellent workmanship. Very safe and secure packaging. Super fast shipping. Love it!

The product came quickly and well wrapped. However, it smelled strongly of the finish and I had to air it out for about a week. There were also no directions as far as how to put it together. Once I did, it didn’t suit my needs. It was supposed to be for standing desk, but doesn’t get the laptop high enough to be high-level. Unfortunately, returning it to Turkey is extremely expensive, so I’m stuck! Would not purchase with this company again!

I didn't receive an email regarding the shipment of my order. I'm still waiting for it to arrive.

Super fast shipping! Both floating shelves arrived packaged very well! Thank you!

The product is great ... exactly what we were looking for, especially the design. We wanted floating shelves with functionality and minimal depth ... Hofina delivered. Packaging and delivery time were excellent! My only negative comment has to do with price, which is high compared to all other options and probably due to shipping related costs from Turkey.

I initially ranked this product low because it was apparently lost in shipping and no one was aware of this. Hofina reached out to me directly after my complain and resolved this. The product itself is great. The craftsmanship is good and the product is exactly what I expected. The recess for the mouse pad is slightly small, but it's easy enough to trim the mouse pad. Overall, there is a nice "custom made" feel to the product that I appreciate.

The item arrived damaged and I have not received a response from the company on how to return this product

Excellent. They go over and beyond to accomodate.

Fantastic experience!! Beautifully crafted shelves made with quality and look amazing. shelves were packaged and shipped quickly and arrived on time. they look better than expected and brighten up the room!!! GREAT product purchase with confidence!!!!

I am extremely impressed with the quality. From the minute the package arrived I could tell this was going to be special. The packaging was meticulous and so well protected. I knew that what was inside someone cared about. My only mistake was not catching that it was only 1 shelf and not 2. I will order another one to match. I will for sure be shopping with this company in the future.

Great product. Top notch craftsmanship! Wonderful customer service. Extremely pleased with this purchase.

easy to install and exactly what the description was of the product
