I love the Prolon FMD programs, products, and customer service! All three are stellar and I have no doubt Prolon is helping me achieve the best health possible. Getting the benefits of fasting while eating their extensively researched programs is a win-win!

The zoom calls with Cynthia Sass were very helpful, offered great tips, and made following the plan easy. It helped me keep focus daily on why I was doing this and gave me the motivation to continue. My best friend and I did the program together after her recommendation and it was helpful to have someone to lean on and laugh with through the process. I never thought I would look forward to eating green olives so much! We are going to try the 3 months consecutive and hope to continue making this apart of my lifestyle. I am grateful that she cared enough to recommend this product and that we could share this experience together.

I have been a Prolon customer for a couple years now and I absolutely love their product and customer service.

Don't overthink it, just order it and get started. I contemplated fast-mimicking diets, and even attempted on my own. Prolon gives you clear guidelines and an easy to follow program.

The Prolon team guides you through the five day fast-mimicking diet via free webinars, social media, and detailed instructions in the box. I felt very supported and knew how to navigate doing a fast for the first time (3years ago) in my life. It helped me understand my relationship with food. I learned about autophagy and cellular rejuvenation, and the connection to longevity and a healthy lifestyle.

Norma was extremely helpful, answered all questions, and set several needed tasks in motion at once. You are lucky to have such a fine employee in customer service.

This company is top notch. Everything from their products, to the research that backs them. Their support through the fasting experience, as well as additional product solutions outside of your main fasting periods. I'm so grateful for the solutions they offer to make the clinically backed "Fasting Mimicking Diet" so approachable and available for people to self administer this fast.

I was charged for a second group of fasting material, even though I never ordered it

The reset is relatively easy to do and makes you feel less bloated, mentally and physically lighter, and curbs cravings. Day 3 was the most challenging for me, but overall the experience was positive. I lost 5-6 pounds.

Cumbersome and not user friendly website.

They don’t send an email before your next subscription box ships. Once it ships, you can’t cancel on return it. Would be nice to get a reminder email to schedule the delivery

This is a fast that has worked for me. Honestly nothing was working. Loved it and bought another round for next month

They sneakily signed me into subscription -I tried to cancel and they said order. Sent already even tho I sent email minutes after. Then when I emailed again response was from different co referring me to vendor who I thought I was emailing in first place - keep away !

You send way too many emails. If I'm not 100% certain that your stuff works, I will never buy from you again. I'm sure you are following some guidance around how to message people after a purchase, but it is way too much, too annoying. If would limit it to one per week, that would be fine.

The support staff at Prolon are just that, supportive. I really appreciate that they listen and are responsive. Thank you to Prolon for having people that deliver excellent customer service - look after them so that they continue to look after us :-)

This is the 2nd time my husband and I have done Prolon. It is quickly becoming a lifestyle change. Prolon makes us feel better resulting in blood work numbers being much better. It is a good reset. We plan continuing on with the program 3 to 4 times a year. (We used to do 21 day cleanses and Prolon is much easier with only 5 days.)
