I had never ordered plant materials from out of country (I live in the USA, New York state) and was afraid of receiving dead, or worse, no plants! However, after awaiting a small time period for a photsanitary certificate to be issued from the appropriate office, my plant (a commiphora) was shipped on October 4 and arrived on the afternoon of the 10th! It arrived in excellent condition and I was very well pleased with the communication, quality of plant and the packaging!!! I would highly recommend HOJNY Succulents and hope to be able to order from them again! Thanks Lukas!

A month has passed since I placed the order and the package has arrived at home in Spain. They have kindly answered the emails I sent and the quality of the plants is truly spectacular. If I needed it, I would ask again, even knowing that it takes a long time and the Czech mail is not the fastest.

Just received my order from Hojny Succulents. It took them a while to ship since the office was backed up issuing phytosanitary documents. Once they shipped it, it literally took 8 days to arrive. I was amazed how fast it got here. Plants were in excellent shape and good size. Will definitely be ordering more from them.

They have some caudex plants that I was looking for a while, the price is really competitive, at the time of order I saw their remark that shipment will take extra 2w so I waited patiently.

The result were some well packed plants, will buy again.

They are a scam. Don’t respond to emails.

I ordered 3 Boswellia sacra from them and what they sent me was nothing like the what is advertised. It was just a stem with no root and no leaves. All dead

I ordered a rare succulent from them that i wasn't able to find in the usa...took a while to ship. I received 2 beautiful plants. The plants I received were in excellent condition with strong roots. I did have to contact them three different times as I didn't receive any shipping information for over 3 weeks. I did not get a response until I threatened to report it to PayPal. I received the plant a little over a week later. Even with the shipping issue I would still order again. The prices, quality and selection are really one of a kind.

After 3-months, I got my Dorstenia Gigas, Adeniums & other rare plants. The Dorstenia was completely mushy thru, and none of the other caudex have shown any life. No response on my many emails.

I ordered two plants at HOJNY. I received the plants in perfect condition and also received a free gift plant. The shop offers pretty specimens for great value. Customer service is friendly but not responsive, it took three emails to ask when my order would be shipped. I ordered in march, but the website stated plants would be send in April because of cold weather. That i can understand. There were no updates, and only just half May the plants were send. I also send an email asking if I could add some more plants to my order, but never got a response. Because of the non-responding I thought it was a scam untill I finally received a mail with my tracking order and received my plants.

Still, i am happy with my order and will order here again if they have pretty plants that are not available in my country. The pricing is great, causing me to accept the customer service is non-responsive.

Bought 2 plants from HOJNY. One was a cheaper plant but one was a very expensive $95 plant. They did throw some other extra species into my order. Both the inexpensive and freebie are growing great. The $95 plant has never sprouted any leaves. It came to me as a stick with a small puny root. HOJNY has a one month return policy but when they send you a literal stick… how are you to know if it’s alive or not? It has never grown and my inquiries into a refund/store credit etc. have gone unanswered. Will not be ordering from them again. Bad customer service.

An excellent place to find rare succulents. Everything I ordered was well grown, and safely packed for their journey to Texas. I hands down will be getting more plants from Hojny Succulents.

Plants are super healthy and the packaging is professional. Wonderful experience!
