While adequate, my experience was not outstanding. Communication was patchy during conveyancing and at times frustrating, particularly after my house purchase was complete. The response to my complaint was classic arse-covering blurb. I'd have got better value for money elsewhere and wish I'd used another firm.

I had a great experience dealing with Donna at Holden Smith, she made the process incredibly stress free and smooth. She worked incredibly proactively and responsive in getting an auction property complete well within the stated time period. I will definitely be using Donna in the future.

Service from these guys was very good. Always returned calls if unable to get through immediately, sorted any issues easily and professionally. Our sale was a rental so was a distant sale with us in London which initially gave us some anxiety however everything flowed fluidly. Great firm!
