Holdersestateagents Reviews

I recently sold my property and couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Rebecca and the entire team. From start to finish, they were professional, proactive, and incredibly supportive throughout the whole process.
Communication was outstanding at every stage—they kept me fully informed, promptly answered any questions, and made sure I always knew what was happening. They made a stressful process as smooth as the possibly could and gave me complete confidence and peace of mind. The whole team went above and beyond expectations and nothing was ever too much trouble, and they were always willing to step in and help wherever needed. Their attention to detail, dedication, and genuine care made a huge difference.
I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. A truly fantastic experience from a team that clearly takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

A buyer was found for our property in Shepshed within expected timescale. Unfortunately our solicitor was rubbish and the Estate Agents did a great job of keeping everyone informed and keeping the sale on track. Would highly recommend and woild not hesitate to use Holders again.

Professional, hardworking and conscientious. I live over 3 hours away from the property and they kept me in the loop at every stage. Every single person I spoke to was really helpful. Thank you.

Your website has all these nice fake statements from people who you give the impression have used your agency to sell their property. You are missing two important elements. First, people are not idiots. They can tell these reviews are not genuine. Humans are messy, and when they write, their writing is messy. Check the reviews on Amazon to get an idea. Second, you can offer as much support as you want, but you simply miss the point about buyers. I have checked several properties with your agency, and they are all overpriced. You are not only trying to fleece buyers but also putting the seller in an awkward situation when their properties stay on the market for too long.
