Still waiting for my £60 refund after 8 months - awful customer service.
Never book through this company if you want a stress free holiday.
Scam holiday company

Avoid this travel company at all costs! Their selling technique's are aggressive and they over promise and under deliver! We booked a holiday in Croatia and upgraded (aggressive selling technique) for an extra £ 180 - 30% more. The upgrade was for a larger bed, balcony with view and air-conditioning. When we got to the hotel, the staff were unaware of an upgrade but did their best to accommodate us in a room with a balcony - overlooking the rubbish recycle centre! Holidaybuzz refuse to take responsibility, even though they apologised profusely. We were offered a £45 refund with a £ 20 discount p/p off our next holiday with them... laughable! We will never travel with this comapany again!!

AFTER BOOKING WITH HOLIDAY BUZZ TO SORRENTO ,I FOUND OUT THERE WERE NO TRANSFERS INCLUDED FROM AIRPORT TO HOTEL,HAD TO ORGANISE MY OWN TRANSPORT AT EXTRA COST ,ALSO THE TRIPS TO CAPRI AND POMPEII NO TRANSPORT ,AGAIN HAD TO ORGANISE MYSELF. IF YOU DO BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY MAKE SURE TRANSPORT IS INCLUDED ,BEWARE TAXIS IN RESORT ARE VERY EXPENSIVE AND RESORT IS OVERUN WITH BED BUGS

RECENTLY BOOKED A PACKAGE HOLIDAY WHERE SHE BOOKED A HOTEL AND FLIGHT SEPARETLY INSTEAD OF SUGGESTING A PACKAGE WHICH LATER I SAW ON THEIR WEB SIGHT WHICH WAS HALF THE PRICE! NEXT DAY I COMPLAINED BUT SAID NOT POSSIBLE TO CHANE ANYTHING
I HAVE LOST MY £600 DEPOSIT AFTER CANCELLATION. NO REFUND EITHER .VERY BAD ANTICING COMPANY.. THEY SELL AND RUN AWAY

Rio was very efficient in helping me with my booking. The customer service line works and in my experience the calls are picked up quickly and dealt with effectively.

I was charged for an upgraded room, Holidaybuzz apologised for the mistake and sent an email saying their customers are very important and service is their top priority. Its been 6 months now and they refuse to refund the money they took from me. Please be very careful using this business, if anything goes wrong they will not correct their error, you will never get a refund from them.

We have had nothing but problems since my partner booked a city break with this company. our flights were changed by over 9 hours by the flight supplier and all they offered was to refund our flight costs but could not guarantee our accommodation would be refunded, fobbed off with our suppliers are not coming back to us, surely they know if the accomodation is refundable or not, it should be on any paperwork provided to them. All we've had is mis-information and lie after lie from the agent (Jamie Lee). on every call we've had he has rushed through information speaking so fast we cannot understand him, which was a struggle enough with his strong accent. he was rude, condescending and kept speaking over us. They dont appear to have a complaints process and i can only assume thats because they have to employee an army of people to man it.
My partner discovered them through Wowcher but there are no deals to be had with this company the overall price is far more than advertised. I could have booked elsewhere better quality flights and accommodation for less money.

1 star because there is no option to give 0 or negative stars.
The worst customer care and sales team in the planet. Please don't fall for their trap. Don't waste you money. Because of their mistake and unresponsiveness my holiday has to be cancelled and I never got the money back, they said they will give a credit which they never let me use. I have been chasing them via email and call for past 6 months but never received a call back or never did they allow me to book a holiday using that credit.
