Missold holiday
On booking this holiday, I spoke to a supervisor who 'upgraded' this holiday and at a big cost to me. This I didn't mind. I was told that we would get balcony rooms overlooking the pool and since there were 8 of us, our rooms would be together. Our rooms were nowhere near each other and one room being in another part of the building and NOT overlooking any pool. On arriving at the Falcon Naama Star Hotel, we found the hotel rooms 'tired' but the reception area pleasant and staff extremely helpful.

PLEASE DONT BOOK WITH THEM! Had a horrible experience going to Antalya. We got to antalya airport and we had already arranged private transfer with these people but as we reached and talked to the people they said I would have to wait for the shuttle bus which had just left so I would have to wait 1hr 30mins at 2am in an airport where people dont speak english. I then got mad at them and then they said they can arrange private transfer and to wait 20mins. This was an appalling experinece. As well as this I got to the hotel and got told that I didnt exist in the bookings because these people didnt book my family the right room hence they couldnt accommodate us. Very bad communication and I had called the day before and they said everything was okay. How awful is that?!

THIEVES, BAD COMMUNICATION & POOR PEOPLE SKILLS…..
This company is a shambles. I recently booked a holiday to Turkey and from the start is was a disaster. Firstly during the booking process it stated baggage was included in the booking, I chose a private transfer and I selected to pay the deposit and final balance would be due in August. It took a week for someone to contact me and they wanted to confirm the hotel I wanted as there were 2 with similar name. I thought I’m sure I selected the hotel I wanted why are they checking. Anyway payment was made. It took over 2 weeks to get my booking confirmation. When I got this not only was there no baggage included there was also the fact that they took the whole price of the holiday and not just the deposit. I was absolutely livid. Also the hotel room was a standard room with no balcony, which was not detailed on their website at all.
I emailed them and it must have taken about 50 emails and 4 telephone conversations (struggled to understand what was being said) to get everything sorted apart from them taking my money without my consent. This took about a month to get sorted. Up shot is had to get a completely different hotel, didn’t get my money refunded and I am going to input my API details myself as I really don’t trust this company to input anything correctly. My holiday isn’t till end of September but I am now panicking that nothing is booked correctly. It also took them three attempts to send me a revised ATOL certificate with the correct hotel name etc on it. I saw on here that someone said they should get a call from the relevant hotel prior to travel…… I have not been given any information about that so yet again I’m in a panic that this holiday is gonna be a disaster. Don’t go on holiday very often so this has caused me so much stress and I think it will continue to cause stress till I get home again after holiday.

Cannot fault the customer service I have received since booking my trip with super escapes. I spoke with Neil several times who was courteous, polite and very attentive. I had a last minute panic because I realised I should have had an email from my hotel before departure and this was chased up on my behalf resulting in a phone call back 45 mins after the office shut for the day. Neil also followed up his call the morning of my trip to ensure I now had all of the necessary information prior to departure/arrival.

100% NOT recommended
We booked and paid for a break away to New York, due to go in February. Unfortunately, 5 hours before departure our flight was cancelled due to the heavy snow in NYC and we were promised a full refund within 2 weeks.
We have contacted Super Escapes a number of times via phone and email and have been told that they have processed the refund but we have still received nothing.
The overall service has been very poor, just fobbing us off each time we’ve made contact.
We would definitely not recommend this company.
