Hadn’t received confirmation documents for my holiday. Dylan was very helpful and sent them through straight away. Good communication and pleasant to speak with.

I Booked a short break. We arrived at the hotel and it was bad. I therefore had to find another hotel and booked it. Super Escapes have sent me 80+ emails and state that they wont refund money because I didnt ring them. I dont ring holiday companies as they dont reply and if they do dont do anything about your issues. I have had similar experiences before. The hotel and short break was not correctly advertised in my view so beware booking holiday through them

Rio, one of the agents has today (03.09.26) sorted out some issues for me re my holiday booking. I have now received all corrected holiday documentation which I am happy about.

I was very happy with the customer services adviser Rio about the way he dealt with the transfer to and from the hotel which I had booked. He managed to deal with my concern promptly and efficiently, and he was very courteous. I am thankful that the he was able to resolve the issue to my satisfaction.

Travel zoo by directing me here - they basically put me in touch with super escapes for a last minute holiday deal. I thought I was getting a great deal. I filled everything out heard nothing. I got an email confirmation about my booking then nothing I tried to call was hung up on told me they'd call me right back on my number and didn't, tried to email, request a call back and the best I got was a generic email to a dear customer with no reference to my problem don't use either service. On looking at positive reviews here I can see some people have left multiple 5 stars also they definitely look like they are review botting 5 stars to throw people off.

This is a company to be avoided at all costs.

Myself and my partner booked a holiday package with Super Escapes, half board accommodation at a 4 star hotel with flights and transfers. When we arrived, we found that we were not booked in to the 4 star hotel we had paid for, but instead had been moved to a different 3 star hotel. Having contacted Super Escapes, it transpired that the hotel we originally booked could not provide a half board break, so Super Escapes took it upon themselves to change our booking to the different, lower quality hotel without ever informing us or giving us the right to refusal or a refund. We literally found out when we arrived at the reception of the hotel we thought we were staying at and found no booking in place for us. Super Escapes admitted that they had made the changes without contacting us. Not only is this horrendous service on the most fundamental level, it's also illegal.

The representatives of the company did eventually move us back to the original hotel but were unhelpful, offered no compensation for the fact we now had to pay for our evening meals, and generally made us feel like we were somehow inconveniencing them.

Our transfer also did not collect us on the way back, meaning we had to book an expensive taxi last minute, and again Super Escapes were unhelpful and offered us just £20 compensation for the inconvenience, not even covering the original transfer cost, never mind the replacement taxi.

Our experience is closer to what I would expect of a scam operator, and I can only hope that Super Escapes shoddy practices put them out of business before too many other people's holiday experiences are ruined by them.
