Keith was great sorting out our holiday. Very happy with everything thus far. He was very good at explaining things when making the booking. Just hope everything will be just as good an experience when we actually take our yrip.

We are very disappointed and…
We are very very disappointed and annoyed with the sales agent and customer service. We were told there will be NO extra charges for boarding pass if we book online 24 hours before departure, when we call them, agent told me we had to pay £112, which we feel very annoyed and disappointed. Afterward we called more than Six time to resolve the issue but they would NOT sort it out. They would NOT give me complaints email address or telephone number. I even wrote a letter and sent by recorded delivery but they ignored. We will NEVER book holiday with this company. Please keep away from this company.

I dealt with Ben and he was so helpful and very patient over the two days I wss trying to get what I wanted flight wise and the airport for my convenience the room and hotel etc. We had numerous phone calls, texts, messages and emails until I felt happy enough to book the holiday.
I am now looking forward to Budapest in June, even though I will be travelling alone - hopefully it will be a very nice break for me.
