Emma has done all of our booking and she has been amazing from start to finish, travelling to Thailand 🇹🇭 tomorrow, the booking experience has been flawless, Emma has been on hand to answer all my questions and nothing has been to much trouble for her.
Now roll on tomorrow for the 1st part of our journey. 🛫🌏

Booked our holiday to Thailand with Nick, he was very knowledgeable and advised us what would work best as we are doing a multi trip. He was really helpful making sure all the dates were correct as we are going away for a special birthday. It was really easy and straightforward booking. The hotels he advised us on look amazing.

Nick went above and beyond to get us our holiday changing this and changing that till it all come together super outcome

Emma created a travel plan for us and was easy to deal with, patient and accommodating. Can't wait to go on the trip now 😄

Excellent service from Holiday Sensation from start to finish. Everything was organised professionally , and the booking process was easy and secure. I also received follow-up phone calls to make sure all the holiday details were correct, which was very reassuring.

We weren’t keen on one of the hotels originally booked, and our agent changed it quickly and without any hassle. They even went above and beyond to arrange a Scottish departure flight for us when the original flight was from elsewhere in the UK.

Completed our 14 day holiday booked with Alex Knott through Holiday Sunsation - 7 days Sri Lanka with 7 days at Siyam World maldives.
Our initial plans had to change due to UAE situation, Alex was very supportive and guided us with our options. We opted to change from dubai to sri lanka. We have always wanted to explore sri lanka which then turned into a mini tour over 7 days, the hotels Alex chose were amazing..... the views were out of the world and the location for what we wanted to do was on point! We had one hiccup at a hotel however Alex was available to help immediately and resolve the situation. Our transfers went very well, the transition between sri lankan and maldives went very smoothly.
Our 7 days at siyam world were pure bliss, we stayed in lagoon villa as promotion allowed free upgrade at time of booking. The food (including plant based options in all restaurants), the service, our ambassador and facilities were brilliant. All in all this was a holiday of a lifetime, many memories and bucket list moments achieved!

I have recently booked a trip to Sri Lanka and the Maldives and James was so helpful and found us a fantastic offer.
I had contacted James previously and then he contacted me with a better offer.

I booked our holiday to the Maldives with Nick. Nick put a lot of work in looking at different deals and accommodation options to keep within our budget. And when we finally did book I realised internal UK flights to the airport I chose were going to cost a lot more than I thought. I assumed it would be too late to change airports as we already had our holiday confirmation through but Nick was happy to amend this for us, re-quote leaving from another UK airport and then rebook the whole holiday for us which saved us a lot of money.
So looking forward to our holiday next March and I hope it all goes a smoothly as booking with this company did.

3rd time booking with Holiday Sunsation...
In May 2026 we had the most unbelievable holiday to the maldives, staying in a sea lagoon villa with private pool and slide into the sea. Sun Siyam world wow totally recommend this island.

In Sept this year we have Thailand booked, 2 islands, with 5* resorts, flights, transfers and trips included.

We have just booked Bali for next Sept 2027, 2x 5* resorts with private pools and all travel taken care of.

We found the booking process very easy with Sunsation, always available to answer queries and adapted the holidays to our needs and wants.

I have two holidays booked with Holiday Sunsation. I was sceptical at first seeing some amazing deals thinking yeah be double the price? How wrong could I be package 1 Thailand 3 City's Krabi,Khao Lak,Patong flight transfers and hotels bargain. Package 2 Bangkok,Cambodia,Vietnam Alex my agent was on fire and put me a fantastic package together within a day I took one look and had to book.

True paradise with incredible food and elite service!We have traveled all over the world—including the Middle East, USA, Canada, Egypt, the Caribbean, Australia, and all around Europe—but we have never stayed anywhere quite like Siyam World. It truly is paradise.We booked this dream holiday through Holiday Sunsation. It was our first time using them, and Alex was incredibly helpful and patient, going back and forth to get our package just right. Alex stayed in contact before we traveled to ensure we had everything, and even messaged us during our holiday to check on us. Now that is world-class service!We stayed in a Lagoon Over Water Villa with a Slide. The room was incredibly clean, spacious, and perfect. The housekeeping staff did an amazing job every single day; they honestly could not do enough for us.The entire resort is amazing, but what sets it apart is the people. Every single staff member is friendly, attentive, and deeply proud of their work. Everyone you pass greets you with a warm smile and a hello. Even the island bus drivers are absolutely lovely—so welcoming and genuinely interested in chatting about your home country.A massive shout-out to the bar staff at Good Vibrations! They are all absolutely lovely. A special, big shout-out goes to Richard, the bar manager. He is just the most lovely person you could meet. He takes his time with every single person he sees and is incredibly helpful. He truly goes above and beyond.Food is a big one for me because I am a very fussy eater. Normally, I go on holiday and struggle, usually ending up at the kids' section—but not here! The breakfast buffet is an absolute 'OMG' with so many choices, from pastries to hot cooked stations and even noodles. The fresh fruit station has so much variety, and if the fruit you want isn't cut up, they happily cut it right there for you. Lunch at the buffet is another 'wow' with plenty to choose from, though our absolute favorite lunch spot was Shipwrecked for freshly made pizza, pasta, and salad.For dinner, you have an incredible selection of restaurants. Our favorite was Wahoo Grill—the surroundings are beautiful, you can watch the chefs cooking, and the steaks were cooked to perfection. Another favorite was Curry Leaf. I don’t like too much spice but my husband does; the staff specifically asked how we liked our food and tailored it perfectly for both of us. Siyam World genuinely caters to everyone!
