I had the most magical first solo vacation, all thanks to Sam.
From the moment I booked my trip, nothing was too much trouble.
I wanted to add extras and alter parts of my initial booking, which Sam went over and above to accommodate.
Even while I was away, and I had a minor issue, as soon as I contacted Sam, he dealt with it straight away.
I was staying in multiple locations in Thailand, and every transfer was seamless, stress free and just felt part of my adventure.
Every detail was thought of. They can even organise any trips and excursions that you may want to add to your holiday.
The accommodations were beautiful, especially the jungle and lake glamping
I had the most magical, stress free trip, that exceeded all expectations. Which a huge part is thanks to Holiday Sunsation and Sam.
As a first time solo traveller, I was worried about moving from place to place, but the only thing I had to think about was my next days adventure. Every other detail was managed professionally and fantastically by Sam.

Just got back from 4 nights in Singapore and 10 nights in Bali and we had a fantastic time. We booked with Alex at Holiday Sunsation who was great from start to finish. The hotels were in a great location and all the transfers worked like clockwork. We couldn’t be happier and feel overall the holiday was really good value for money. Alex even checked in on us while we were away to ensure everything was going to plan. Great customer service. I wouldn’t hesitate using them again. Alex you do a great job.

I booked through Holiday Sunsation for my partner’s 50th birthday for last month but did it 12 months prior to going. Alex was superb throughout. Gave us some real good options from my shortlist and we did a week in Sri Lanka and a week in the Maldives. The price was good and the holiday was fantastic. He chose great all inclusive hotels with great locations.
I was able to pay in instalments with confirmation and receipt of payment each time.
I will be using them again and I can highly recommend. Alex went the extra mile and even messaged whilst we were away to see how we were getting on. Just superb.

In the summer of 2026, my husband and I were contemplating on going on a nice holiday. We looked everywhere and considered dozens of destinations on 4 continents… The packages we found on popular travel websites looked okay, but somehow none of them made us go wow. We hadn’t been on a proper holiday for ages, so we wanted this to be really special. I found two very similar all inclusive packages to the Maldives on social media and either of them would be suitable for us. So I reached out to the travel agents who posted them.
One of them was Sam, our Booking Agent with Holiday Sunsation. He was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate all my requests and answer all my questions - which we had a lot! He worked overtime while we went through all the date and length options until we picked the one that was suitable for us. He ensured that the advertised perks and extras would be all included. He walked me over the whole booking, every step, extremely patiently. His kindness, friendliness, helpfulness and prompt replies made me choose this agency over the others. I would 100% recommend Holiday Sunsation to everyone looking for an unforgettable experience! Looking forward to our holiday that will start very soon and we are so excited!

Can highly recommend holiday sunsations and in particular Alex who arranged our holiday, he was always on hand to answer any questions we had throughout our whole stay, we traveled to Thailand with 3 stop overs at different resorts, all private transfers arrived on time, the hotel choices were great and just what we wanted, don’t hesitate book today and ask for Alex for the best service ..

Traveled to Sri Lanka in January with holiday sunsation what can I say 10 out of 10 Ben was very very helpful in finding the right holiday for us booking done with ease had a little bit of unease regarding hotel and flight they very patiently talked me through it all and made me feel very eased. I’ve recently booked a trip to New York Alex was the person I booked with very helpful and got myself and my friend a great stay the hotel was really good flew with virgin which Alex sorted due to the Aer lingus fiasco.Alex made sure we were all good with original booking and kept with dates and times from first booking.I have another trip booked in June which Alex has dealt with too you explain what you want and Alex does a great job to help with your plans would definitely recommend this company for holidays give them a try ask for Alex.

Booked my second holiday through holiday sunsation, that says it all! I had such fantastic service from Alex, I came back to him to plan my next one and he didn't fail to deliver. No question is too small, he was fast, responsive and very professional. His choices in accommodations have been fab and has really tailored things to needs.

Once again had an absolutely amazing time on our trip to Koh samui in Thailand! From flights to transfers to accommodation every single thing was superb! Don’t know how this company come up trumps for us time after time. The only thing I have to do is give my dates to Sam tell him where I’m going and he sorts out the rest at unbelievable prices. Travelled to thailand visiting 3 different resorts
Nothing was too much trouble even though we changed our minds on resorts a couple of times. Alex made sure we secured the best flight times, transfers and accommodation at an amazing price !

I was recommended to Holiday Sunsation from a friend and I’m so glad I was as Sam has been amazing. We have booked a 16 day trip to Thailand visiting 6 different locations, Sam has ensured that all flights, internal flights, ferry’s and hotels are booked for a great price, the hotels are amazing and lovely locations. Due to this being a big holiday I had a lot questions to make sure it was perfect and this was no issue to Sam, he replied quickly and ensured that I had peace of mind. We booked our honeymoon 10 days in the Maldives with holiday sunsation and everything was perfect. From the cost of the holiday to the booking, getting our info and then the holiday itself there was no issues. The resort was stunning and our flights were well timed giving us maximum time over there. Will defiantly be booking again and hopefully return to the Maldives again too.

Alex helped us book our dream trip to Thailand. Ive never used this company before so was a bit dubious but I couldn't recommend enough!

You can’t beat the price with Holiday Sunsation, travelled in Jan 26 for our Honeymoon and everything was booked as requested no issues at all. The Maldives resort was one recommended by Holiday Sunsation and it didn’t disappoint. Also able to book earlier than other agents, able to book over a year ahead with good prices, lots of other agents won’t take a booking more than 11 months ahead 😊

We booked a trip to Dubai, thailand and Bali in January 2025 for February 2026 and have just returned from the most amazing holiday. Our travel agent Ben sorted everything for us and answered many questions from the start quickly. The holiday went perfectly we had 8 flights in total many transfers and it couldn’t have gone any better it was truly the holiday of a life time and we will be booking with holiday sunsation again . 11/10 i would recommend using them to anyone.
