We have been customers of Holts since January 2002 and their help and advice is as excellent as the jewellery itself which gives us the confidence to keep going back.

Alicja has recently helped us with two new pieces and again the service she has given us has been amazing.

Alicja was amazing. She was so knowledgeable and helped every step of the way to design a perfect engagement ring.

I was gifted the chance to get a piece of jewellery made to my specification by Holts Gems. I chose a stacking ring made up from 2 lab-grown, brilliant cut diamonds and one oval tourmaline set in white gold.

I discussed the design with Alicja and the finished product arrived today. Even though I had a good idea how it would look from the photos and drawings supplied, it has far exceeded my expectations.

Craftmanship is of a very high quality, as are the stones. I am absolutely delighted with it.

I used the "Build your Own" feature to design the engagement ring I purchased.
It let me peruse the gemstone from their available stock and to socket in the style I had previously chosen.
It took some time for the ring to be ready but you can't rush craftsmanship. The ring is absolutely stunning and I could not be happier with the process.
I am especially pleased as I chose the components myself, making me feel a bit more as a part of the ring making process.
The communication with the team was also fantastic as they kept me appraised of every steps in the process.

Alicja designed and made three separate pieces of bespoke jewellery for me last month. I had a personal appointment and together with my wishes and her expertise, we fashioned some beautiful pieces that will become heirlooms within my family. The service, care and communication was exemplary.

As a male picking out an engagement ring can be a daunting experience with so many options. But if you are looking fantastic service with unique gems and ring design, look no further. It took some time and patience more from my end because I wanted it to be perfect but the guidance and process was really careful and professional from Holts.

I could not recommend Holts Gems enough. I contacted them earlier in the year with a few ideas for engagement rings for myself and my partner. After arranging the appointment, Farah was extremely helpful and patient in discussing the designs, budget, choice of gemstones, etc. The end product was beautiful, and the rings turned out exactly like we imagined them. Communication throughout the process was very clear, and the team was alway available to answer my questions. I would 100% use them again.
