Ahmad was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, taking care of all the details including flights, hotels, and visa arrangements. I contemplated whether to leave this review but I feel it’s my duty to make other individuals aware of my experience for a true reflection of the company and also think twice before booking again.
My husband and I booked with Amir at Holy Travels and initially there was no fault with the experience - quick flight and visa confirmation. When the last payment for the hotel was made in February (for travel in September) we were informed we would receive hotel confirmation shortly, my husband and I had to CONTINUOUSLY chase to be told next month, a few weeks, tomorrow etc. After months of chasing my husband had to be forceful and asked for honesty, we were advised that they could no longer match the price agreed despite their terms and conditions and a full refund was not an option as they had applied for our visa and refused to refund these charges. We then begin to deal with Farhaj who informed us he is the manager who reiterated the same and stated in order to receive confirmation at this stage, we were to pay a further £500 which we reluctantly agreed. It was promised the confirmation of hotels would then be immediate. Makkah confirmation was provided but Madinah was not, Holy Travels claimed they had booked Madinah, we contacted the company directly who stated they had not recieved the booking, it was then we were told it would come despite previous promises. We also had to chase our transport a few times before it was received.
We then arrived in Jeddah to be told our visa was expired and we would not be granted entry on the visa provided by Holy Travels, we had to apply for a further visa at the airport, following this despite making continuous calls to the driver for transport to Makkah he did not attend and Holy Travels did not assist in contacting him (the driver later got in touch when we finished our umrah to inform no one had told him he had been booked).
The receipts for the visa and flights were provided to Holy Travels and at the time of writing despite chasing continuously, no refund for this has been made and the company are now ignoring us.
Further, we only recieved confirmation of our Madinah hotel booking the night before travel, this too was due to continuous chasing rather than being able to enjoy stress free final moments in Makkah.
Confirmation of all our booking and conversation is available, this is not a fake review and is placed to give a true reflection of our experience so a true account of the experience of this company can be considered before booking again.
We are grateful to have been blessed with a visit to the Holy Lands but would never recommend this company and send this as a warning to those considering using this company.

I booked my Ummrah for 10 days with holy travels and indeed I received the best service specially hotel was really near these guys explained everything in details and I get the same what I had booked.
