Après seulement trois mois d’utilisation, la fermeture éclair du gilet s’est cassée. J’ai dû payer moi-même les frais d’envoi au SAV, soit 25 € avec assurance.
À la réception du gilet réparé, j’ai découvert que la cartouche, qui était pourtant parfaitement fonctionnelle, avait été retirée et n’avait pas été remplacée. C’est inadmissible, surtout pour un équipement de sécurité.
De plus, on m’a prévenue que si le gilet était jugé « trop sale » par leurs services, je pourrais être facturée 30 € supplémentaires.
J’ai déjà été cliente d’autres marques dont le service après-vente est incomparable avec celui-ci. Première et dernière expérience chez Seaver.

Airbag Court
Airbag très léger, confortable, esthétique. Dommage qu'il ne protège pas le sacrum. Il a très bien protégé toutes les zones où il s'est déployé. Pour le sacrum non protégé deux fractures, il faudrait une version complète.

Le modèle est conçu pour protéger les zones vitales telles que les cervicales, le thorax, le dos, la zone lombaire, le bassin et le sacrum. Nous pensons que vous faites surtout référence à la protection du coccyx, qui n’est effectivement pas couverte actuellement.
Nous travaillons continuellement à l’évolution de nos produits et le développement futur de versions encore plus complètes, incluant notamment une protection du coccyx, fait partie de nos axes de réflexion.
Nous sommes néanmoins sincèrement désolés d’apprendre vos blessures et espérons que votre rétablissement se déroule au mieux.
Vos retours sont très précieux et nous permettent de continuer à améliorer nos équipements.
