Worst customer service that I have experienced for ages.
Ordered a cooker and having waited in all day my wife got a message circa 5.30 that the cooker would now arrive the following week. Decided to cancel.
Approximately 14 attempted calls later, I got through to be told they were having phone issues. Then told it will take up to eight to ten days for the refund to be processed.
I would advise anyone looking to use this business to check out their premises on Google streetview, pay by credit card for protection, take in the stock images on their website/social media, wonder why mine is the first review and generally do a reality check as to why they are so price competitive.
Will update when the refund arrives. My wife has contacted her card issuer in the meantime.
