Wow ....after few emails ...they are basically now lying about what happened
Please do not use this company for your own sakes
I cannot stress how you will be better off anywhere else than this shambles of a company

Timewasters, dont have the products shown on website and now say its a different named company - Take the website down then to stop wasting peoples time!

Service within one hour when booked..Engineer Mr.Billson was very polite and took about an hour to check boiler gas supply and everything that had to be done.Very pleased with everything and hope the same next year.

Awful service cancelled my appointment for a Friday saying they arnt in the area asked to come the day before left me waiting in ALL DAY and rang to say they are 5mins away and then at 14.40pm saying they forgot to put the part on the van and will no longer be coming. Just so they can finish work and go home early. I'm now left without a working hob even tho I have been waiting 4 weeks for the appointment in the first place. 2 missed days off work resulting in £240 loss of income discusting service !!! AVOID

The worst company I had to deal with. Had a repair booked with them twice, and they didn't showed up... twice ! I paid for repair and still waiting for someone to call me and arrange third date to fix my diswasher. I spent ages on the phone to them and each time i call they promise to call me back. Never recieved a call from them. Avoid at any cost. Worst rubbish service I ever recieved.

I am amazed at the number of excellent reviews for this company. I have been trying for 3 weeks to purchase a fridge on line.
It is impossible to check out and I have emailed and phoned and left a message but have had no response so how come all the good reviews?

Our integrated fridge freezer had broken down beyond repair, and finding the right solution was proving a bit difficult. I came across HomeSource4U who happened to be fairly local. We spoke and they promptly visited my house and did what they said they would do and provided me a potential solution and price within 24 hours. Having accepted their offer and solution which I was very pleased with, they again did what they said they would do, they sourced the new fridge freezer, delivered it , installed it and took the old appliance away. They did this on time, quickly and were very professional. Based on my experience I would definitely recommend them to others, and I wont hesitate to use them again if necessary.

A very efficient and prompt service to install a larder fridge. I will use HS4U again and I'm happy to recommend using HS4U for household appliances.

As a first time home mover and applience buyer I could not have found a better company to make getting my fridge and washing machine quick and easy. Derrik provided helpful, friendly customer service, he was easy to contact and flexible to suit my availability. The service was quick at ordering my products and given at a fantastic competative price match price. Delivery and installation was again quick, easy, good price and I even got help carrying new wardrobe upstairs so could not have asked for a better service! Highly recommended!

An excellent service and one that I would definitely recommend. I asked Derrick if he could fit a large integrated fridge and he provided a competitive quote for the work which included removing my old fridge. His communication at all times was excellent and he told me to let him know when my fridge was delivered and he would fit me in as soon a possible. My fridge arrived in the morning and Derrick and team arrived in the early afternoon. Even though the job turned out to be a bit more complicated and took longer to complete than anticipated - the door of the appliance needed changing around and the person who had fitted the original fridge had managed to put the electric socket into an impossible to reach position-Derrick charged me the price originally quoted. This is a really good service. Highly recommended.

I cannot praise the company enough. After suffering problems with my oven and hob I asked them to come out to check the wiring etc. before ordering replacements from them. They located the problem and rectified it so I no longer need to buy the new items. I shall definitely use them again.

I called multiple companies and HS4U were by far the quickest and best value for money that I found. The service was excellent, on time and the team are very friendly. Would absolutely recommend.

Bought a washing machine from them was delivered at the day and within 1 hour of there stated time fitted by a very capable and polite guy. Would use them again recommend then to friends with confidence.
