I bought a French style wardrobe which I find quite difficult to find anywhere in Ireland. So glad Home Centre Direct has lovely products. Shopping online on their website is easy and prices are very reasonable.

Despite a delay, which I believe was out of the control of the company, I received my order in two separate deliveries. The products were exactly as I ordered and were speedily delivered once they were received. I am happy with my products.

I found the experience of shopping here to be one of the best. Allister and his Dad Lyndsay were a pleasure to deal with i ordered carpet and 2 chairs. I absolutely love the chairs they are exactly what I wanted. Also they contacted me to let me know the delivery arrangements and Lyndsay and his lovely wife called to deliver. Everything was easy.

The item I ordered was unavailable in the end but I was emailed straight away and refunded immediately. I found Mahad very friendly, helpful and professional. I would definitely order from them again.

If there was 6 stars for this company I would give it.From ordering over the phone they were first class and delivered by the 2 most wonderful couple.

Extremely happy with the product. Purchased a table which was easy to assemble and great quality.
There was a slight delay with my delivery however Mahad contacted me directly and resolved the issue quickly and was very responsive.
Good experience overall.

Great Products - Good Value for Money - Excellent and Regular Communication - despite a delay in stock delivery - this was well communicated and I never felt in the dark.

The only reason I give this review 4 stars is because we returned our order which we felt had a slight defect.

The delivery, customer services and returns process was quick, smooth and amazing. Mahad ensured our order was delivered and that we were happy with it and then arranged for the package to be picked up.

I purchased a large rug from Home Centre Direct, it was a seamless transaction, I received the rug 1-3 weeks from the order date as advised, it was really well packaged and super quality. Also, it was €50 cheaper than othet websites I had considered.

I bought a large rug and a modern coffee table online from Homecentredirect in Omagh . I was very impressed by the service provided . A slight mix- up in the delivery process was quickly dealt with . Communication with their customer care dept was swift ,courteous and professional . Both items puchased were of very high quality , and , importantly , were very competitively priced . I would wholeheartedly recommend this company and look forward to doing business with them again in the future .

We knew which electric fire we wanted and as usual I trawled the internet for a competitive price. I found it at Home Centre Direct. Alistair was brilliant in all aspects - from the initial correspondence and getting me the best price, sourcing the additional frame we wanted, right through to keeping me updated on the process of delivery (we are in the UK mainland).
I can't recommend this Company highly enough and they'll be my first port of call whenever I need anything they may be able to get me. Just great!

Home direct specifically ordered an item of outdooor furniture for me from a UK supplier and delivered to Dublin at no charge. Excellent customer service, would recommend.

Very slight issue with my delivery. Quickly resolved with Great Customer service from Alistair. Would definitely recommend this company. Hope to buy something else in the future from here.

I ordered a fireplace on the 23rd January. We got no indication of delivery time. After a week of hearing nothing, we contacted home centre direct for an update. They advised us at this point that the fireplace was out of stock and would be delivered in two weeks. At the start of the second week, I rang home centre direct to get an update on the delivery as again, I had heard nothing from them. I was told someone would call me back the next day but never received a call the next day or the day after that. I emailed the company for an update to be told that the fireplace wouldn't be in for two weeks. Two weeks had passed since we had been told this originally - 3 weeks since we had ordered it. The company have totally messed us around and have delayed our renovation. The customer service and communication has been so poor. I can't get over how bad it is in comparison to the other companies we have dealt with during the renovation. They might be slightly cheaper but honestly, they are not worth the hassle.

This station is absolutely stunning !!! Worth every penny !! Alistair was absolutely amazing from the start to the end !!! I spoke to Alistair several times on the phone and he’s so friendly, efficient and professional no matter how many questions I asked him he didn’t mind., outstanding customer service , I can’t recommend them anymore , they get 10 stars from me
