Absolutely recommend the bed is really sturdy and looks amazing my young teenager loves it. Great quality product, takes a while to assemble but clear instructions. Needs 2 people as its heavy. Took a few weeks to arrive but was worth the wait. Much better price than in other stores. Would definately recommend.

Love the dining set I purchased but it came with 2 different parts of the wood on the table chipped (around the edges). It is a lovely set and the company was nice to deal with other than that.

I bought a chest of drawers from Homeline because I wanted something more substantial than IKEA-style flat-pack furniture. The furniture itself is good quality, but the description said “while some assembly is required”, which seriously understated what was involved.

The chest arrived completely flat-packed and was extremely complicated to assemble. An experienced professional took four hours to put it together and commented that the instructions were poor and the unit unusually heavy and complicated.

I had considerable stress and inconvenience arranging this at short notice and ultimately paid €120 for assembly.

Homeline eventually agreed to reimburse the €120, which I appreciate, but throughout my complaint I felt they focused on the assembly cost rather than addressing my actual concern — that the extent of the assembly was not made clear before purchase.

Very disappointing customer service, particularly given the price of the furniture.

Delivered on time. Clarified all my questions before I bought the bed. Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase.

Horrible experience!! We were waiting for our table 3 months. Then realised quality of the table is very bad. I wrote an email to Homeline Furniture , they responded quickly and going to investigate.

The chairs were lovely but there was no communication from the supplier regarding delivery timeline.
I had no way to track the order and rang the supplier to get some idea of when to expect the chairs. They were curt and unhelpful, said it says 3 weeks on the website.
I got no communication afterwards and eventually got a text from an post advising of a parcel delivery but i still didn't know it was the chairs until I opened the box.

Bought the Fendi Dining table and i rang and paid over phone. Michaela took my order and i received writing invoice of my goods in a email within 10 minutes. 3 weeks delivery once it arrived i got a call off a man who came later in the day to assemble it. If i could give a higher star i would. Michaela was a pleasure to deal with and homelands will definietly make future purchases considering im in galway. I sat back and waited and true to there word i only had to ring and say it was delivered so they could arrange the man to come and assemble.
