HomeDecor AZ Reviews

Great product and service

CAME SOONER THAN EXPECTED, ESTIMATED 8-22 ARRIVED LATE JUNE
PACKED WELL; GOOD PRICE!!

Said tile was in stock but later said it was on indefinite back order so don’t rely on in stock notification on item when ordering.

They waited 7 days after billing me to tell me the tile I ordered wasn’t in stock. I had already scheduled my tile work and purchased paint to match. Find a more reliable source for your tile.

Ordered some stick on tiles. After a week of ordering, there was no movement on the order. I called them up, the agent said we are just waiting for shipper to pick it up.

2 hours later, the agent said we want $150 to ship the order to you.

This was my first time ordering from HomeDecor and couldn't have asked for a better experience. I was looking for a specific tile for my bathroom update project and was struggling to find it, much less to find it AND be able to receive it for my contractor to finish the project, otherwise I was going to have to wait for another month, because he had another commitment and would have to return then to do the tiling, since had added it on to do an inset accent in the shower niche as well as a border .And then we loved it so much we also added on tiling the wall behind the vanity. I'll admit it I drove my poor contractor nuts. But then, happily I found HomeDecor and the file and they shipped it right away so I received it early enough to finish the project It look fantastic. Thank you, my new go too source, will be ordering more again soon, 2nd bath and kitchen project to come. THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!

Ordering from HomeDecor AZ was easy and shipping options/pricing was great. My order shipped in the estimated processing time and was received quickly. Packing was very well done and protected the tile from potential damage. I was very pleased!

HomeDecor AZ had a great price on the tile I wanted and it was delivered very quickly! I'm very happy with their service.

exactly as shown and ordered...very nice and secure packaging

HomeDecorAZ is what you want a vendor to be! Great Price. Quick Ship. Packed to ensure safe (unbroken) delivery. Flat rate shipping. Why shop anywhere else?

I placed an order stated it was in stock so I placed the order and then I received an email stating the items were on back order. It would be nice if this would have been reflected originally.

Everything was so easy. The product came exactly as ordered.

From start to finish, this was a great experience. I was searching for a specific item and found HomeDecor AZ on google. Once I hit their site it was easy to find, purchase, and track my order. Shipping was very reasonable and their price was competitive. I will use this vendor again

Great communication. Fast delivery. Product as expected. I will be glad to deal with this company again

tile arrived unbroken, quick, and looked like the photo.

5 cases of tile shipped via UPS and NOT ONE BROKEN piece.

What I ordered. On time. Thank you

At a local tile store the item purchased was on back-order for about 2 months. This order came within 2 days and $135 lower. I was very impressed.
