HomeDecor AZ Reviews

The wrong product was shipped & I got the replacement 3 days later. Great customer service. I highly recommend using them.

My product is back ordered for months. This was not indicated on the website at time of purchase.

Good selection and the best price I found on the one I bought

Very good selection. Excellent pricing. Very responsive. Fast and satisfactory delivery. They had items we ordered not only at better price but some local merchants couldn't deliver for a few weeks. We received our products in days. We'll be back!

very quick to ship out product and their website was amazing

I didn’t order enough tile for the job so I had to order more. The second batch was slightly different. The copper pieces were shiny where the first shipment had a more dull finish on the copper. We didn’t notice until we already started the job so had to go with it. I’m hoping I can find someone to take the shine off the copper pieces.

order came in exceptionaly speedy. many thabks.

Great price on the tile with low cost shipping. Impressive packaging and fast turn around for delivery of our order. Customer service was very friendly and helpful when I had questions before and after I ordered. I highly recommend this company for your tile needs.

Responded in a timely and orderly fashion. Satisfied with the product and the cost of the product. Thank you Grace.

The tile arrived very well protected. Not a single one was broken. Free shipping! Other sites wanted hundreds of dollars to ship! Very impressed!

Reasonably priced(considering what I ordered) well packaged for shipping. Order arrived quickly and looks lovely. Thanks!

I even told my family about HomeDecor AZ . What impressed me the most was the personal email talking about my order and it was timely. I did not have to call and waste my time they reached out to me with updates.

Quick service, hassle free and tiles look great. Thank you!

I was looking to order 2 boxes of tile. I called and inquired about the tile. The rep I spoke to actually confirmed the quantity, and gave me the dye lot information. She told me that she placed a hold on three boxes for me and told me to place the order online. I proceeded to do so as soon as I was at my computer. The next day I received an email stating that the tile was back ordered. I am very disappointed and so is my client because now the bathroom shower will not be finished until late January!!!

Great customer service. Staff is very courteous and respectful. I would definitely recommend this company.

Good phone support before I placed my order, fast cheap shipping once I did. Excellent price!

There was an error in my order and they took care of it immediately. Great customer service.
