chor sale .. they dont deliver products

I am trying to contact this company, but they won't answer their phones. I want to return an item for a refund(Robovac X). The charger is not working properly. I am waiting for them to email me. I don't know what to expect.

Advertise products at low prices, then after sale is complete, back out of sale and claim order has been refunded, but no refund. Total game players, not even convinced they ever had any stock. Do not do business with them!

I ordered canvas tote bag, instead they sent me a cheap pouch with 3-4 newspapers in the package to give the illusion of a larger bag. Total scamsters. Do not order from them.

Complete waste of time. After your details to give you a false limit. Once they have all your information and you place an order they cancel it and zero your limit. Shocking

A large order of bedding meant to be delivered today. One item turned up. Where was the rest? Customer service didn't know, the said they would charge me for the one item. I told them to pick up the one item and refund me. They would not tell me if they will refund in full for the complete crew-up of their making. What a waist of time. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. My first order and last, never again!

This is a brushing scam. We received goods not ordered. They do this so then can put fake 5 stars reviews on.

Do NOT buy from this company.

A total.scam website . None of the orders received were of good quality, neither were the orders complete, missing products and not received on time either ..no customer care number available, no contact no. No response on Emails either

I bought a Innova car product that can be fixed inside. It came in damaged condition. I couldn’t contact them as there was no phone number. The mail also unanswered. I think they are cheats

This company is about as dishonest as one can get. I sent back sheets that were not fit for purpose, but they refuse to send the promised refund. I don't even want to give them one star as it is misleading. I would say MINUS five stars for being such an untrustworthy bunch of cheats.

Up-date regarding tumble dryer the company have given me a full refund, fantastic news! To say im relieved is an understatement! Thank you!

Now for my other problem i have a expensive Mercey cross trainer, is unusable ordered with the tumble dryer not sure of delivery date though, I emailed, phoned, just like my previous post still nothing, they have promised on numerous occasions to get back to me! Still waiting!

I have purchased 16 piece set of travel luggage wheel cover. It is delivered today and i found its a mixture of 4 colors of 4 pieces of each color. All my travel bags contains 8wheels in total so how can i apply covers with 2 different color to each travel bags? This is absurd!
