I ordered a part they advertised and…
I ordered a part they advertised and they sent me a different part. They claimed they do that when their website doesn't have the correct inventory. While waiting for them, thinking they just made a simple mistake, I ordered the same part. This was several days after I ordered the first one meaning there was plenty of time to update their site. I told them to not ship this one but their email address doesn't work because "their updating their system". I called them and the lady did not listen to a single thing I was saying. They are a bad company and you will just waste time. I asked for a return label two days ago and still can't seem to get one.

Absolutely Disgusting Shi@ Service Opened a account paid in full on debit card over 3 weeks ago waited in all day Mon 9/12/22 and no bed delivered after numerous calls finally got through to delivery company they use Arrowxl Another bag of shi@ I cancelled order now have no bed and £300 out of pocket and the call centre abroad can’t guarantee I get a full refund even though I never received the bed joke the staff didn’t realise we have bank holidays in the uk Avoid at all costs It’s quicker for Santa’s Elves to make my bed and yes get the big man to drop it off quicker now my bank is dealing with my refund worst company I’ve dealt with even 1 star is too much for these cowboys

i have had things sent by these people...cheap boxer shorts...I have never heard of you now i will be taking them to court for fraud., why would I want 2 pairs of boxer shorts on credit.. i called in September to report the fraud.. they did nothing. let's see what the courts say as they now admitted liability on a call recording by doing no due diligence checks and did not follow up a report of fraud which they have now admitted. Buyers beware

Steal your money and ignore your emails
Take money without your authority through direct debit even though you have no balance and haven’t returned the money after 2 months of asking for it. Said a check would be posted which I refused as they have no issue taking money from my bank so shouldn’t have an issue refunding it back to my bank. Ignoring my emails that I want to make a complaint and account still opened after repetitively asking for it to be closed. AVOID!!

I ordered a toilet on 7/31/22. On 8/1/22 I realized I ordered the wrong product. I sent an email, made an online inquiry on their website, and called their customer service number. I was told my order would be cancelled. On 8/3/22 I received a shipment notification. I called back and was told they never received my call or emails (though I have evidence the email was received) and they could not cancel my order since it was shipped. They told me to call the shipping company and refuse delivery. I called the shipping company who had no record of the shipment. This went on for a few days until finally the shipping company picked up my product. They put a note to return to sender. The item was promptly returned but it has been almost 4 weeks and I still have not received a refund. STAY AWAY!
Absolutely ridiculous company
Absolutely ridiculous company, I am leaving a review on behalf of my mother who asked me to do so. Home essentials gave my mother a credit limit and a account took her order. Then cancelled it without even so much as telling her. Will be reporting this company to trading standards. Leaving customers expecting what they have ordered while you cancel everything without even telling the customer. Absolutely unacceptable. Do not use this company go elsewhere.

Terrible customer service I had the wrong item delivered which meant I lost over £100 of food which they said they would not compensate even though was due to there incompetence had to ha e another 2 days off work to get right item delivered and wrong item picked up but no compensation for this either.would not ever use this company again or advise anyone to use this company they are terrible

Received a letter saying I had purchased an LG soundbar. This is a complete fabrication. Furthermore there was a minimum payment requirement. This is clearly a fraud.

Terrible service. Opened an account and ordered something was waiting 2 weeks for it to be dispatched once it wasn't I had to file a complaint where they advised me it was a popular product and has been sold out and I should pick another. At this point I requested my account to be deleted as its simple not good enough wasted my time and were very helpful I hope this review makes you think twice about using this company as they are crap.

Bought adidas c21 exersise bike at a really good price, I was a sent a link so i could pick a delivery date, was given a time slot and driver called 45 mins before delivery. Good service will use again.
