Do Not Buy from this Company

I bought a Saniflo 2 Saniplus Pump with Toilet from them for $854. The package I received had been opened and resealed with no toilet. They told me there was a mistake in the listing, there is no toilet included. I asked to return it, when they received it, they told me it was damaged and that they don't accept "buyer's remorse" items. This was false advertising not buyer's remorse. I had to buy the product from another vendor for $1,097. I have now lost $854. I feel that I was setup and cheated.

Rubbish from start to finish, they lied to me, they made promises to me and when i ask someone too call me im still waiting 2 days later, they contact by email, but waiting hours between each message is ridiculous, its probably because theyve got thousands of complaints.

Long story short order fridge, waited 11days to be delivered (was supposed to be 3-5days, then they promised 1st sept delivered i have proof if them telling me) message to ask why it hasnt delivered and then told was never in stock in the 1st place.

AVOID LIKE A PLAGUE

WORSE COMPANY AND YOU WILL SEE WHY BELOW

this company is a nightmare if you want to purchase anything that you are going to use. Here is the experience I just had
1) purchased on 08/21, the status changed to "Shipped" on 08/23
2) 2 weeks after the "Shipped" status update, but nothing shown in tracking USPS using their "tracking number"
3) then I called the service of this company, and they said "package was lost; here is your refund". I have been waiting for 2 weeks for nothing. fine, this is not the worst part
4) While I was waiting, I submitted issue to USPS to check more details of the tracking. USPS replied the following: "the package under this tracking number was never delivered to USPS facility. The tracking number is created at the shipper facility but they have not send the parcel to USPS". In other words, they NEVER SHIP IT, AND THEY A) UPDATED THE STATUS TO "SHIPPED" AND B) LIED THAT THE PACKAGE WAS LOST AT USPS.

THIS IS THE WORSE EVER ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE AND COMPANY EVER.

Paid twice for one item. Avoid

Bought a Ring doorbell. That came fine and works well. However, charge me twice. Sent an email. Asking them to refund the second amount. Had a reply saying someone will get back to you shortly. That was 48 hours ago and still had nothing back. The money they took extra was my car insurance.
Will be taking it further.

Claiming to have items in stock when they clearly don’t. I wouldn’t purchase from Home Essentials ever again to be fair.

It’s clearly just a scam to get a hold of your money. How do web sites like this get away with ripping people off.

As soon as they had my money they faulted on delivering the goods. Home Essentials sent me an Email the day after my money went out of my account saying they don’t have the item in stock.

I was in rush to buy the item as it was a friends birthday in a few days time but I won’t ever receive the item now. home Essentials then have the cheek to say that I won’t receive my money back in my account for at least 7 days even though it cleared from my account in 2 days!!

Scammers and fraudsters who have nothing but money on there minds. In future I’m buying from the high street and I’d also say the same for every other British Citizen.

SHOCKING!!

SHOCKING!!! Ordered a cooker and paid extra for installation, after the site taking our payment it would not accept our address, had to make multiple calls over the following few days to chase our money and confirm a date. A date was set for nearly 2 x weeks later (17.05.21), on the day there was a breakdown of communication between the delivery department and gas engineer resulting in our cooker being delivered but not connected, many many many calls and hours of our time chasing Home Essentials and their gas engineer (from Indisit/Whirlpool) to rectify the issue, only to be told by Home Essentials and Indesit/Whirlpool there's nothing they can do other than send an email to those responsible for fitting/connecting. We managed to contact Indesit/Whirlpool as Home Essentials can't call them only email! and same story with them....ie they say they'll send an email and we shall be placed on a waiting list. Home Essentials took our money for a service they advertised and did not fulfil their obligations to their customer, instead passed blame to a different company. We have been informed it may take another 10 days before we can have our cooker working. I have a baby and a partner with mental disorders who can now no longer cook food for nearly 2 x weeks! all the meat/fish and fresh produce in our fridge will have to go in the bin as can't cook it! can't put it in the freezer as it's full of food that requires cooking!, Home Essentials where flippant on hearing this stating "we will put you on a list and if a cancellation arises we will give the slot to you, there's nothing else we can do". Totally unacceptable to be sold a cooker and not be able to use it, and not care our food will expire resulting in wasting it all, and not care about a baby who is dependent on food!!!! and a partner with a mental disorder who struggles to leave the house to get food. They now can not cook to eat!!! I work so can't always be there, they are now dependant on fast food delivery, which is difficult due to dietary intolerance's! not to mention the cost and unhealthy nature of it! If you are reading this please take note and shop elsewhere, and Home Essentials should be ashamed of themselves for putting my family and myself through this nightmare both emotionally and financially! i only wish i read the reviews before ordering!!! Considering legal action for selling a service and not fulfilling their legal obligation, the stress it is now causing, the food that will have to be wasted, financial losses on having to make alternate eating arrangements etc etc. If i could leave negative stars i would, but one is the minimum !AVOID!

Absolutely awful!

Absolutely awful!! Ordered some blinds and returned and even explained that I would be re order I v them in a different colour. Return was processed and then tried to order the replacements after paying a third of my account balance and available balance showing of £123. I was not given the option of adding to the account and told to pay by card. I then called to speak to customer service and told that despite my account being in credit, I’m unable to add anything to the account for 4weeks while my account is under review for a credit increase. Does not make sense whatsoever!!
The whole return process was horrendous from start to finish!!! They sent me no return slip which then meant a wasted journey by the Hermes courier and then made out it was my fault in the phone as it was in the box despite my not even having opened the boxes!!!! Even if they review my account and up my limit up will definitely not be using them again!!!!!

Customer Service is non existent!

I would really like to leave zero stars, but your system does not allow this! I ordered a bistro set to be sent as a gift on 20th March, got an e mail confirming dispatched 24th March and item with Hermes due to be delivered 26th March. Heard nothing further. Called today 14th April to query where the set is as not arrived .I spoke to Ramiz, who advised that the item was " lost" in transit, when I asked why they did not send another he said it is no longer in stock. I asked why we were not advised of this and our money refunded, and he said so sorry that should have been sent. I get the impression had I not called they would have kept my £82.50. Do not touch them with a barge pole! There is another site on Trustpilot with the same name but mixed reviews( I think they are the same mob)

I really wish I could leave zero stars

I really wish I could leave zero stars! I ordered a product on a Friday, due to personal reasons I had to cancel it on the Monday. Spoke to a gent who assured me it was cancelled. On Tuesday I'd still not received any confirmation regarding the cancellation so I phoned again, spoke to a lady who again assured me it was definitely cancelled, I got the email later that day to confirm. The next day (Wednesday), I got an email saying "sorry we're unable to cancel this item, simply refuse delivery if you no longer want the item". So I phone again, lady doesn't understand why I got the last email as my account shows the item is cancelled. On Thursday, I receive an email saying the item has been dispatched, it'll arrive in a couple of days. THAT SAME DAY I get another email, the item is delayed, won't arrive for another week. The very next day, I finally get the refund, AND THE ITEM TURNED UP THAT SAME DAY!!! I wasn't able to refuse delivery as the parcel was left when I was out. They then took the money back out of my account, causing me to go into my overdraft. So I immediately arranged a return, was informed collection would happen at any time over the following 4 days, and I'll get my money back within 14 days of them receiving the return, no doubt minus the postage fee though! Each phone call has involved 4 minutes of automated choices, 2-3 minutes of listening to awful music, and on one occasion after finally getting through to a real life person- 18 minutes on hold! I have been telling all I can about this horrendous experience, I will never use this company again and I'll do everything in my power to make sure no-one I know ever does either. I honestly don't know how they stay in business, but I pray they don't for much longer.

Item Supposedly In Stock (but not....)

Ordered an item. Two days later received an email that the item was refunded. No explanation or further communication. This company appears to be a scam or the the best have misleading business practices. They get your money on the false pretense that the item is in stock. If they then cannot fulfill the order, to bad for you. I finally received an email (4 days after item was ordered) from this company letting me know why the order was refunded - item out of stock. They explained that sometimes their inventory status is not updated on-line. So what - because of this they still wasted my time and caused concern that they were conning me. Raised this experience to three stars (barely).

Do not give this company your money. After waiting weeks for my purchase I sent at least 6 emails. They refused to give me a tracking number and completely ignored my request for a full refund. This company is a scam and I hope no one else gives these criminals their money

Never received my item

I ordered a LED ring light for my granddaughter for Christmas on October 28th item #43385. Contacted them again on November 12 and again the first of December. I never received the light, my money back or anything. This was just a $40 item, but I wanted to surprise my granddaughter, and I couldn't because I never received the item. All I want is to be acknowledged and my money back.

The most awful company to deal with.
were do I start they have not people still rude on the phone.
I place a order with the company after a week not turning up tock myself to email then to find out were the parcel was but. said it got lost in transit but don't believe they even sent it out.
Then I call to follow up what's gone on about refund said have to wait 5 work day.
The work who who answered the phone are rude and over talk on the phone and done help one bit

NOTE DON'T USE THIS COMPANY IF U WANT BE TREATED LIKE A MUG
