I ordered an ironing board via Amazon recently and when it arrived it was damaged. Amazon gave us this company’s name on the order so we could return the board. I also rang Minky the boards makers and they said in order to get the returned paid for we needed to go to this company. I tried ringing last week to no avail and got to customer service this morning. When I tried to talk about my problem the customer service MANAGER would not let me get a word in and he was extremely negative and unwilling to show any sort of understanding. If he is their manager the customer service there is rubbish!

Delivery , went way past expected delivery date, this would not normally be a problem , but I needed it for extra guests staying . But the customer care excelled , they did their very best to help me , and keep me up to date with phone calls and messages , so I did not have to chase anyone . I would recommend this company , because you get to actually talk to some great humans , instead of a “bot” The product I purchased , exceeded my expectations ,also .

Very quick delivery really pleased with my parasol. Looks lovely. Well worth the price.

Can’t fault the product but staggered delivery had us stressing ! Half came next day then 3 days waiting for the rest ! Nick was amazing though and was in constant contact rectifying the problem so all arrived in time ! All good eventually

I am nearly 80 yrs old and was able to put it all together on my own Unfortunately I did not find the
Drill bit for tightening the screws until the end of assembly.

One of three parcels was missing, not the fault of Home Garden Direct but they were very helpful in ensuring the third parcel was tracked down. Their communication was excellent.
The product we purchased was as advertised and we're very pleased. Will happily deal with this company again.

I ordered my LShaped Bench set it was delivered within 3 days not opened up yet as waiting on garden getting finished service was ace I part came in morning two parts late afternoon delivery driver was pleasant and helpful defo but from here again

I have received my egg hanging chair, and I am absolutely delighted with it. The quality is excellent, and it was very easy to assemble. It looks beautiful on my balcony and has completely transformed the space.

I would also like to thank the customer service team for their excellent support. They kept me updated and followed up on my delivery, which was delayed due to the hot weather. I really appreciate their patience, professionalism, and commitment to resolving the issue. Thank you for the great service!

Do not buy from this company. This has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had.
I was originally told that my parcel would be delivered on a specific date, but it arrived a full week later than promised. When I finally opened the furniture package, I discovered that essential screws required for assembly were missing.
After waiting another two weeks for the replacement screws, they were supposedly due to be delivered today by DHL. However, DHL marked the package as delivered despite making no attempt to deliver it. There was no knock at the door, no delivery attempt, and no parcel.
The entire experience has been frustrating from start to finish, with repeated delays, missing parts, and poor communication. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company and look elsewhere.

Ordered from HGD one evening as a new customer. Item was prepared and dispatched the very next day using a high quality courier, and to my (pleasant) surprise I was contacted by a human called Nick, who gave me daily updates on the parcel progress. Through no fault of their own, the extreme weather in the week had impacted deliveries, but Nick proactively spoke with the courier regularly to keep me informed on revised delivery schedules. As luck would have it, the item was still delivered ahead of its re-planned date.

The driver and colleague let me know 15mins till arrival by phone.
They were very polite, I had concerns as I heard à bang, the parcel came into the house with the corner damaged, I was assured that it will be protected inside.
When all checked everything was fine.
I have put the settee bed together from the instructions given.
I found it very easy to do.
I am very satisfied with my purchase.
