From the moment I contacted Homeheat about installing a new boiler, I have nothing but praise for them. Each and every member of staff is willing, courteous and helpful, from the Office Staff, to the Engineer, to the Salesman, to the Electrician. Nothing was any problem for any of them and they did everything to make the whole process smooth and "painless". I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone in future and thank them all for a job well done. All turning up on time, as promised, minimal disruption during the work being carried out, and the place being left spotless when finished. Congratulations to the whole team. You could certainly teach some others how a business should be run. And the icing on the cake was the very competitive price.

Thanks to Kevin and Lynne for installing my central heating so quickly and efficiently, the job was completed less than two weeks after receiving my quote. Service was friendly and professional. New boiler installer, Billy, worked hard and did a fine job in setting everything up and running all the tests. All is working well and I would certainly recommend this company.

The staff kept us informed all the time nothing was to much trouble. The engineer's Paul and Billy worked hard that day and put in a long shift of 11 hours not including there travel time. Would highly recommend Homeheat Ltd.

We had an issue with our boiler and gave home heat a call. They came out the same day to assess the boiler. After examining the boiler it turned out to be a faulty circuit board. As the boiler was so old we decided to opt for a new one. Home heat gave us a few different options for boilers. They arranged for the boiler to be fitted on a day that suited us. The engineer came at the time stated. He done a great job. Very efficient and the quality of work was excellent. He tidied up after himself and took all the old parts away. I would definitely recommend this company for anyone looking to have a job done quickly and professionally.

Getting a new heating system in is stressful for the customer and without using a company previously it is difficult to relax and believe that everything will be fine (or at least it is for me). I obtained a quote for changing my heating system to a combi set up and was prepared to go with it but thought I best get a second quote just in case and contacted Homeheat. Only reason I had heard of them was because a friend was using them. Kevin came out and talked me through the job, answered all my questions with proper responses not prevarication. Their quote was significantly cheaper for what appeared the same list of tasks and I chose them. To say I am delighted would be an understatement, Billy and Lee arrived on time and got to work right away. They completely covered my carpets with dust sheets, tidied as they went along and didn't stop until 5 in the evening when the heating was installed. They fully cleaned up their mess, including a bit of plastering, chopping my old cold water tank and removal of all the rubbish. This company appears to be a throwback to when we would talk about tradesmen who genuinely appear to be interested in doing their best for the customer. All guarantees and documentation was left for me and certificates received through the post. I sincerely recommend this company.

The whole experience from first contact to completion was superb, they did what they said they would do from start to finish, installation complete and carpet protection removed hardly needed to clean up.
The cost was very competitive.
Guarantee and warranty arrived by post the following day.

Homeheat fitted a new boiler for us.
From calling the company to arrange for someone to come out and advise us on the boiler to the actual fitting of it was very professional and their work was to a high standard. They were patient, courteous and tidy and answered all our questions.

I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to all my family and friends. In fact it was my niece who recommended them to us.

Everything went very well from Kelvin Whitters' visit to home for survey and recommendation to Bellie's installation of new boiler. Many installers came for the survey and gave quotation but Homeheat Limited quotation was the competative and well description of works involved. A few installers said they would need to engage a jointner for creating additional space for new filter but Kelvin was confident to fit this within space.
On the day of boiler installation, Billy was on time and he explained everything before beginning of work. He was friendly and fully focused on his work. He didn't take even lunch break and completed installation and commissioning before 4pm. Boiler is working well and we are now happy to get additional hot water shower flow.

I then had Billy and Paul the installers in who did a great job of fitting my boiler and also fitting valves onto my shower.
They were very nice and did a excellant job and made sure there was no mess left at all.
