I talked to Jennifer, a Zumalka specialist (aka sales person) for my senior dog just diagnosed with kidney disease. She suggested the constitutional remedy which consisted of answering a questionnaire to know the remedy for him. I understood that based on the results of the questionnaire they would prepare a specific remedy just for him so I agreed to pay the $169 fee for the remedy ( which turned out to be $175 with the extra fee for currency exchange).
My heart sunk when I received a boron remedy, Phosphorus which I can purchase for $15 over the counter. I contacted them and explained that I was expecting a remedy formulated by their so called homeopath practitioner and that I was never informed that it was just one of the basic Formulas anyone can purchase. I was told that the homeopath spent a lot of time going over the questionnaire (which by the way is really short) and asked to purchase other remedies (these are ones that contain more than just a single remedy in the formula ,- just like the one I was expecting to get, by the way).
I proceeded to do my own research online plugging in the personality aspects of my dog to see what remedy would be right for his demeanor. Wouldn't you know it that the answer was "Phosphorus "
It took me about ten minutes to write my question and get the answer.
I gave my dog the remedy exactly as they prescribed and he became more anxious and started to shake and hide. I gave him the remedy for 2 weeks and he continued to be very jittery and scared. So I stopped. A friend recommended a herbal remedy which I have been giving him and he is back to being energetic and happy. The cost of this remedy was $ 31 snd it will last me for one and half years!
Maybe zumalka's other remedies are good but don't waste money on the constitutional remedy. They never offered to send me one of the other remedies they were trying to sell me as an act of good faith on their part. This was not a good experience and they seem very good at giving sweet talk (it feels AI generated to me) and turning the table around to make you responsible for their lack of transparency. I wish them the best but I won't recommend them or purchase from them again.

The so-called 15 minute free consultation is just a sales pitch with a sales rep. The $269 is charged to send you a questioner with a half dozen questions about your cats symptoms. Then they send you some product. You can get the same info on google, youtube, or even Amazon. The People reviewing your questionaire are not even Vets,

These products are amazing. I have always treated my pets with Homeopathics but these are superb as they are tailored to the specific area of concern. I order these products to be sent to Australia as we have no superior products like this here. I have used Happy Gut, Gassy Pet, Kidney drainer, Liver and Lymph treatment, Cough relief, Ear care, Urinary Support and many more. They all work and have worked quickly and effectively with my two Labradoodles. This is a great company and when I have had product leakage during postage they have replaced the bottle including postage very quickly.... Help your pets without chemicals with these great products.

The kidney support formula has helped my dog so much. Most of her symptoms have improved. Her incontinence has been reduced greatly and her balance is much better.

My golden retriever, Hunter, age 7, was diagnosed the end of 2021 with fiber-sarcoma in his snout. Hunter had surgery in Jan 2022 removing tumor, bone and teeth but in April was told they did not get clear margins. The vet wanted to do additional surgery and/or radiation but we opted to use homeopathic meds. He was given 6-10 mo to live w/o additional treatment. We have been using Piptopet Optimal Kit since May 2022 using the guidance given by Zumalka. Hunter will be turning 11 in May and is on the maintenance plan of Piptopet. No reoccurrence has happened to date. We truly believe Zumalka saved his life. We highly recommend them.

I used Skin at Peace - Advanced
protocol for my dog’s dermatitis and it cleared up. I’m a big believer in homeopathy for my pets. Zumalka is a company I trust and highly recommend.

It came quickly and Zumalka updated me about my package location as it was being packaged, shipped, and out for delivery.

My Dog had Glaucoma in one eye for 1 year. The glaucoma eye was cloudy but the doctor mentioned he could see through it.

His other eye was PERFECTLY FINE. Within two of using this product the okay eye turned red and went blind. My dog is fully blind now.

Received product on 12/8 dog went blind on 12/26

The Silver remedy is fine, and easy to use. It can be put into my guys' water dish, because it can benefit them both. The other remedy, for loose stools, is for only one of my guys, and he will not let me spray it directly into his mouth! He doesn't have his own water bowl, so I'm still trying to figure out how to get it in him. How about rubbing on ears? I'm stumped.

The order was a little late, but I got it and that's all that matters.

Received my eye drops quickly for the feral cat that I take care of. His eyes are looking better after just 3 days.

Love that it’s homeopathic for my pet. Customer service was very pleasant, received my order in a fair amount of time, especially considering they are located in Canada. I ordered the optimum eye products. Too early to tell if it’s working for my dog yet, but will follow up. I’ve researched and heard nothing but positive reviews. BRONCHIAL CLEAR is an EXCELLENT product! After many days of increasingly labored breathing it took just one spritz and a much needed nap (for both of us) to start my ginger cat on the road to recovery. I deducted a star because it took way too long to go through customs and get to me…that is not the company’s fault. Perhaps setting up a distributor on this side of the boarder would help
