Too Easy to Accidentally Subscribe
I didn't like how easy it was to accidentally sign up for a 15 day recurring order. That's pretty nuts. It's been cancelled now thanks to your lovely Customer Service team (they deserve a raise) but seriously, next time make it a big check box in bold text or something. I swear I didn't even select to have a subscription order and it just gave it to me. Had I not checked my account out of curiosity I wouldn't have even realized it til I was charged again.

Shipping was faster this time
The shipping was faster this time, which was very much appreciated.
Many ailments with animals are sudden and any delay can really determine whether they live or die. With this and my previous shipment, the products had leaked out and they were wet. This has happened twice so far. Not sure why this happened two times. Most of the liquid was still in the bottles, though.

The leaks seem to be due to a bit of overfilling of the bottles which can cause a slight leak when exposed to cabin pressure during transport. However, we have checked with our labs to help avoid this issue. We are always eager to improve our products and services and appreciate your feedback!!

Seems you’ve improved the packaging. The spray flows better now. Can’t get the last few sprays out of the old bottle.
