Scam- took my money and no goods received

Never received the item. Paid over $400 dollars for 2 bar stools over 3 months ago, have sent numerous emails with no reply. They are NO GOOD.

Terrible!!! Item never arrived. Tried emailing multiple times but no response. Feel I’ve been scammed! Will never buy from here again. AWFUL!!!

I never received my purchase. Emailed 3 times with no response. It’s been 3 months. And they send a “how did we do” form. You’ve got to be kidding.

I ordered and paid for a light globe months ago which is the main globe in my motorhome. I still haven't received it. Have contacted the company twice but didn't receive contact or receive the globe. Patiently waiting still but safe to say it's not coming

Purchased a 2D Fluorescent Globe in February 2023 in Australia and the product was not shipped. I have not received the refund they said they will process to this date. I have emailed multiple times and I have not received a response. There is no phone number to contact either. Instagram and Facebook profiles look elegant but all I can see is that this is a scam.

Please don't waste your time and money here.

NEVER ARRIVED!!!!!, COMPLETE SCAM

Can you send my Pool Robot Cleaner I paid for on the 8/3/23 - I paid $162.95 and still have not received it or received a reply every time I email to find out why you have not sent it

Complete scam, took our $850 - Never shipped the item.
Phone lines disconnected, email address bounces, we had to dispute the charge with our bank.

Just ridiculous

Ordered goods in February 2023 and am still waiting for it to arrive in June 2023. Contacted Home on the Swan who replied with a delay in dispatch but no further communication despite my multiple attempts. Very disappointed as I had successfully purchased from them in the past. I am guessing they will not deliver the goods and I will have to seek other avenues to receive my money back. If this is common practice from this company I am very disappointed that they would do this during these tough economic times!

As you know we made our purchase in February it is now 22nd May and we still haven’t received the product but you took the money straight away so l don’t want to give you any stars at all! I just want our pool cover or our money back with interest now

This company seems to have shut down. They have not delivered my order and they are not returning emails and are uncontactable!
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HOME ON THE SWAN

BADLY!! The order was not tracked, shipping took 2 months. Three items in the order were missing!! I don't want to do business with this store anymore. I do not recommend!

Ordered in Feb, nothing arrived. Was offered a refund which didn’t happen. Have now reported to Customer Affairs.
Deplorable company who shouldn’t be allowed to advertise.
They should be sued and made to give back the money they owe so many people.

Never recieved order or refund, company has failed to return my emails.
