WORST CRIMINAL FRAUD COMPANY DO NOT USE. They have left me with 2 breaks in main sewer line going on 3 weeks now with NO repairs.I can't run any water in my house. My pets are becoming ill. I'm a senior citizen with cancer.
Typical garbage reply like their garbage service. Sent 4 companies to my house to stand and look at floor and ground and fix nothing. Seeking legal help at this point.

We had our drain under the kitchen sink fixed. Unfortunately, it still had a small leak. Called up, requested help with it, so they came out again and put in a different pipe, etc. The service guys were knowledgeable and friendly. Will be staying with HomeServe! Didn't have to pay a penny out if pocket! Wonderful!

The technicians promised to come within 24 hour . They always call you to keep you updated on everything they do. They’re very nice people I have had them for a long time years and there’s no upfront money when they come to your house and the job gets done and everybody’s happy thank you HomeServe. Charlie, the AI chatbot was very annoying & did NOT help at all. I was trying to return a voicemail, but "IT"did NOT understand. By me repeatedly pressing the # I got a live person in Bangladesh who did NOT speak clearly at all. I have NO IDEA what she said, but she transferred me to another person. That person said I needed to speak to a repair person so she transferred me yet again. I became frustrated waiting so long, so I hung up.
I have NO IDEA what is going on now. Where do I go from here? Supposedly my A\C needs a replacement, I thought someone was supposed to call. Perhaps that's why I received a voicemail, but it was muffled & difficult to understand. It would be nice if there was a separate phone number or something for call backs. Again, the AI was very frustrating & annoying. Yes, IT was polite, but it talked way too much and was no help
