A total transformation of our porch
A total transformation of our porch, including removal and replacement of inner and outer doors and removal of two low brick walls supporting glass panels and replacement with new full glass panels. Communication and documentation has been very clear at all stages and the team of two turned up promptly, worked really hard without a break and got the job done in one day and took away everything and left the site clean and tidy. We are very happy customers.

Homesmart made our home look smart
Homesmart kept us fully informed of the progress of our order and everything went very smoothly. Our order was split into two parts and both went according to plan with the installers turning up at the advised time. I could not fault the standard of workmanship.
Our home has been transformed from the jaded 60 year old house into something we can take pride in again.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Homesmart.

We had our flat roof replaced
We had our flat roof replaced. Everything was explained to us in detail from the quote to the carrying out of the work.No hard sell or upselling. Made the entire process easy and straightforward. Matt is amazing. Explained what he did everyday and what he was going to the achieve the next. Respectful of the property. We got a heads up for the scaffolding installation and the skip delivery/collection. Excellent work from the entire team. Very pleased with the end result.

Conservatory insulation
Very pleased with the whole process from sales to final installation of the conservatory internal roof insulation. The final product looks very good and carried out with minimal disruption. During the recent heatwave, We have already noticed the benefits! It is more comfortable room. Looking forward to the experience in the winter months.

Considerate
I found both gentlemen so helpful and kind, informing me of each stage of the process as they knew my Mother was in hospital. What I really found heart warming was on the Tuesday when they arrived for the finishing of the ramps, they had bought me a bunch of lovely roses and carnation as the office had informed them my Mother had passed away on the Friday. It's rare today you get tradesmen who are that considerate.

From the sales to installation the service received has been very good. The installation date was at our convenience, and commenced on the planned date. We were called to say when they were coming and what time they expected to arrive. The installers were very professional and considerate.
