Ordered a discontinued item from Australia, impressively fast shipping, product as described & clear communication. Shipping & currency conversion fess were as expected.

Communication was excellent with Nik and the product they sell (Briwax) can not be beat. Ordered from abroad and they were very diligent taking care of tariffs (grrr) customs and duty, etc so I only had to make one payment, Any questions I had about the product even after delivery (!) were answered promptly and courteously. Nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend this company for great customer service and products.

I ordered an obscure item which had a misleading description, so ended up with the wrong item. Home Supplies Direct responded promptly, and were very helpful. They quickly supplied me with the correct item and are arranging to correct the description for future customers. Excellent customer service for such a low value product.

They sent me a ten metre LED rope light, but the last two metres were faulty! I informed Home Supplies Direct & they apologised & offered a 50% refund or replacement rope light. I wanted a replacement so they sent me one promptly (fully tested by them)
Once I received it I checked it and was happy with it being fully working.

Ordered 2 pairs of scissors, but one pair delivered was not as ordered, wrong size. They offered to exchange it for the correct one, but then discovered it was out of stock. I could have returned the wrong pair at no cost for a refund, but in the end opted to keep it. (The wrong pair cost more than the one I'd ordered.)

I found my all-time favorite Minky jumbo pegs here and ordered 10 packs to be shipped to me, overseas. Unfortunately the wrong size peg was sent out by mistake, but upon contacting Home Supplies Direct, they immediately apologized for the packing error, asked me to keep the erroneous pegs I received, dispatched the correct size within 24 hours for all 10 packs that I had initially ordered, and the corrected shipment was received very quickly, despite me ordering from the USA, and the order having to ship overseas and clear customs. Home Supplies Direct definitely exemplifies what it means to provide extraordinary customer service, and their prices are fair and their products are great quality. I would definitely not hesitate to purchase products from their website, again. Thank you to Home Supplies Direct for providing such great customer care!
