You have provided very good service and have had no problems with what we received. It would be a little better if you would automatically email us a copy of the quarterly and yearly tax reports. I have a little problem trying to navigate your site to get them.

The business is good. I’ve used them for 17 years. In those years, there have been limited issues. Nothing terminal, but nothing stellar, either. I’d like to think some - any! - recognition of our loyalty through the years might have merited a thank you or acknowledgement of our loyalty. In today’s digital world, it is so easy to deliver customer service and personalized experiences. Or, you can just keep taking the money and your customers for granted. I haven’t thought about it until now, it since they asked for this feedback and I think about my experience, it really ticks me off.

Clocking in and out is touch and go. Sometimes it works, sometimes it gives us a hard time.
