The quality of the product is great but it size smaller as expected.

Do not touch this company - I ordered two items which it turned out were shipped from China. Only one arrived and was faulty. In response to my missing item notification they simply duplicated the first tracking note. It just got worse - a promised refund for the faulty item hasn’t been paid and the missing item still not delivered which they refuse to cancel. A unwanted replacement for the faulty item did arrive which they seem to think is the missing item. Chaotic obstructive service couched in deeply apologetic language that means nothing.

2 wine glasses in a set of 4 arrived broken. Customer service refunded the 2 but didn't allow me to return the remaining 2 glasses for some reason. I wouldn't recommend

This company is based in China pretending to be European!! Please do not buy anything from them, they will send you a completely different fake, phoney cheap product! This website is a scam - avoid at all costs!

Order not received. Sent to wrong person at wrong address. Hommfer, do not respond to enquires and it’s impossible to speak to anyone at Yodel - in person, live chat or otherwise. Very disappointing and disingenuous. Avoid this company!

Waited three weeks for a product that looked nice on the website and wasn’t particularly cheap but it finally arrived today and looks like cheap plastic Chinese rubbish. You could buy similar on an outdoor market for a fiver. Avoid this company like the plague.

Dove in, purchased a red/orange grater from hommfer online - looked like a nice set up and from Netherlands.

As I expected once I read other reviews the item is damaged (Came from CHINA). It isn’t elegant as in pictures. One side is red/orange the rest is golden. Handle feels like it’s not quite part of the grater.

OVERALL DO WHAT I SHOULD HAVE DONE. DO NOT USE HOMMFER, BUY A BRAND.

I ordered cutlery which took weeks to arrive. It came in an envelope, no box, no return slip, it was as if had fallen off the back of a lorry. Awful service and quality and felt very much like a scam. Avoid!

I actually looked for reviews on here before ordering. There weren't any at the time I looked (I notice the first one is from 27 Oct and I first contacted Hommfer on the 22nd). I never came back to check before eventually ordering on the 4th of November. I'd contacted their customer service with a question because the item photos and description didn't match (cutlery set). They were very responsive and friendly, answered my question promptly AND updated the item description to match the photos accordingly. When I received the cutlery, it wasn't the full set - which is exactly what I had written about. And after being so responsive on my initial question, they are now completely ignoring me. Also, the cutlery set is incredibly low quality. Do NOT buy from them.

I ordered a set of cutlery. This is the first time I have felt such a big disappointment after placing an order. I waited 15 days and finally they delivered it to the wrong address and I had to go around to looking for it . And that's not all, the quality is sub-par, nothing like what is on their website.Some forks were damaged. Never , never ever will order again.

Made in China. Wish I'd checked out Trustpilot first. Ordered the Hommfer – Ceramic Planter with Saucer in Sky Blue. It's poor quality, the colour is awful.

Disgusting service. I ordered a set of cutlery. One of the forks arrived broken. There is no way to contact about the return because the contact is ignored.

Ordered almost twenty days ago, website indicates a ten day delivery service. No response from customer service. Tracking link is on the website not with an actual courier website, so it’s their website telling you it’s made it to depots etc.

Beware…ordered 6 items almost 1 month ago and only 1 ever arrived. Seems increasingly likely that this is simply a scam site. The single item that did arrive seems to have been sent just so a postal tracking number could be created and shown, but I doubt the other 5 items will emerge. Customer service response so far is simply a delay tactic.
