Great service ! Was able to book and speak to an expert planning consultant in no time at all. I was very sceptical regarding choosing a planning company and have usually only used local companies face to face but on this occasion I went out of my comfort zone and used HOMZ, I am so glad I did they was very professional and proactively answered any questions from both myself and the council planning officer. I was really happy with the service and have already instructed them on another project.

After failing through the normal channels for planning permission for my parents home, I decided to look at private companies for the issues that they were encountering.
Every one seemed to be gunning for my parents business through anywhichway possible but ultimately I decided to go with Homz UK as they not only seemed trustworthy & incredibly sympathetic to the issues we had faced in the past but reasonably priced too with no frills attached like some of the others we were in communication with and honestly we've been pleasantly surprised by their level of commitment and professionalism throughout the whole process in getting our application approved.
