I have received good advice from HOMZ how to progress with my HMO licence application. They responded to all emails very quickly and helped me throughout. I can recommend this business for other landlords seeking for some help with local authorities and all aspects of planning.

If I could give Homz zero stars, I wouldn’t hesitate. My experience working with them has been nothing short of a disaster. From the very beginning, communication was a nightmare. Emails went ignored for days, sometimes longer. Phone calls? You’d be lucky to get a response at all. And when you did hear back, it was typically a generic, unhelpful message that left you more confused than when you started. It felt like I was speaking to a brick wall.

Deadlines were treated as optional at best. Promises of submission dates and progress reports came and went without so much as a peep from Homz. Not only did this delay the entire planning process, but it also added unnecessary stress . It’s baffling how a company can claim to handle planning applications with such a blatant disregard for time or responsibility.
They failed to submit all documents they were presented with and gave poor excuses as to why.
And don’t even get me started on accountability. When mistakes were made—and there were plenty—Homz seemed to think it was perfectly acceptable to pass the blame around like a hot potato, but never actually step up and own their errors. The complete lack of professionalism and respect for their clients is astounding.

Save yourself the hassle and avoid Homz at all costs. The frustration of working with them will leave you questioning how a company can remain in business with such an appalling lack of competence and basic decency. I strongly recommend finding a planning applicator who actually understands the meaning of communication, responsibility, and respect for their clients.

Very professional and good value for money. They submitted a planning application for change of use from residential to semi-commercial. It was approved by the council. I was very happy with their service and I am about to use their services again for another planning application.

Provided sound planning advice on my project requirements and provided a strong case together to present to the council. We just received our planning approval for our HMO this week and the next step is to apply for a HMO license

Absolute shambles, given incorrect information on an article 4 relating to HMO's and the complaints process has been an absolute drawn out nightmare, no refund in sight not to mention time lost.
