The orders came in perfect state expect little ica had some weaves out and one of its wings is kinda bended but nothing to worry they are both in good status i recommend if people wanna have a little ica plush its really worth it.

Both products were delivered, matched with their description and pictures on the shop, and were in a good shape at the arrival.

Item arrived in great condition and is quality material. My only problem is that the item shipped over a week later than it said it would.

I didn’t have any problems, so I’m not sure about customer service- but I take that as a positive! The delivery time was spot on, and I’m so delighted with my products. I love them! And while they’re a little pricey, at least I know it’s authentic.
