Scam scam scam
They lie about every step of delivery for weeks. Wrong address, no access, truck broke down, construction cause delays, sent to another warehouse. Etc. They will not tell you a carriers name or tracking number because you could verify yourself. They say they don't have access to that info! Then after 2 months of excuses at 3am they say DELIVERED. when it clearly was not delivered. I have cameras that prove they did not come to my house. After all this they say we don't know who the carrier was. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. STICK WITH WAL MART OR AMAZON. HOOMA is A SCAM.Scam.Scam. Scam!! Beware your money will disappear 🫥 FRAUD. THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD.

this was truly horrible, i never received my item even though the company said it was delivered ! I also live in a key entry apartment and they continually pushed back my delivery time but you can get in if you are delivering packages. As well as pushing it back due to a flat tire !! It was the worst and I still don’t have a refund from them or have gotten in contact with them.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE, THEIR SCAMMERS! 100% FRAUD! FORTUNATELY I GOT MY MONEY BACK. IF I COULD LEAVE A ZERO I WOULD!

The company said that I got my package delivered, but I never did and when I asked for a refund, I could never get nothing back so don’t trust this company. This is all fake.

-10 stars if I could it ordered my camping chair August 1st, 2026 it is now September 15th i still have not gotten it... getting run around. 2days ago email said was delivered with signature. Not to me & obviously no one in my home signed for it..... I will never ever ever order from them again! They said they'd refund, have yet to see that or my chair! Major scam company!

Scam, scam. You will never get the product

I ordered a patio set but never was delivered. They keep stating the the issue is investigating but they are not. TOTAL FRAUD COMPANY

Do not purchase from this company. I wish I had read the reviews first. They give you bogus delivery updates and then a fraudulent delivery notice. They tell you they need up to 60 days to review it. Then I also got a fraudulent monthly charge which my bank caught.

Hooma is a fraudulant company, attempting to scam as many as they can. Initially purchased a portable tablet for $39.99 via TicTok. The day after the purchase, there was an attempt to charge my card for $50. My bank denied the attempt and received a new bank card. They used false tracking info, stating "vehicle breakdown" and another attempt stating a "code" was required. I live in a private home. DO NOT PURCHASE with HOOMA.

Hooma is a fraud. They don't want to refund your money and everything is a lie about delivery. There's no real delivery company or GPS system tracking your package. Then the lie about the truck breaking down and lied about delivery when I have a camera on my intercom and have a security guard at my door. Don't not purchase from this company.

Not only will this company scam you out of the initial price of the product and not send it. I started getting a random 70 dollar charge right after and have gotten one every month since. (I do nothing different in my day to day life. I dont go out, I don't order things online, I shop at the same places the only thing different is this purchase)

Don’t waste your time or money!! I ordered an ice maker over a month ago. From the start it’s been a cluster. First it really was on a slow boat from china, secondly it got flagged in customs for whatever reason. It finally got released and was out for delivery but their vehicle broke down. Next they said it got routed to another facility out of our area. Still don’t have an ice maker or a refund. This seems to be a scam!
