SCAM. They will not mail you your product and they will not reply to your emails! They WILL, however, take your money!!

Two of my eight lights are defective and the company will not respond to any of my requests six to replace them. They ghosted me.

Only half the order was sent. No way to contact this company about order. This company will not be around much longer. I would highly recommend choosing a different brand. Try and reach the company before you buy. You can't!

I ordered my lights 7/10/26 and still nothing. The company has NO phone number and the Amazon reviews all say same thing. DO NOT BUY from this company. There is NO possible way to contact them as they are in China and do not respond.

I placed an order on the company website on 06/20 and the order hasn’t shipped yet. I sent an email to Customer Service weeks ago and they have not responded. They simply ignore you. This is a scam and I will need to challenge the charge with my credit card company.

Would put negative stars if I could. Shipping took to long. Website says 60 day return policy and when we reached out they offered a 50% refund. We asked for a full refund, they said they’d escalate it to their manager then stop responding. Total scam it’s ridiculous and sad.

If I could leave zero stars I would.

Terrible, terrible service. They advertise USPS Priority shipping (1-3 days) but fail to mention they use multiple carriers that add an additional few weeks to that timeline.

They also incorrectly input my shipping address, so now it’s been 2+ weeks AND the package still went to someone else.

Shop elsewhere, this company is garbage and run by idiots. Can’t wait to see how they mishandle my refund…

Customer service does not respond. I am trying to return them because they took way too long to be delivered and I found the same lights for half the price on Amazon with next day delivery. No one is responding to my emails for instructions.

The product itself was solid (night light two-pack) BUT the customer service has been atrocious. The company claims to have a 60-day return policy, but you have to email for instructions on returning items. I was offered a 50% rebate on purchase cost in lieu of returning the items, which I accepted. Since that time, the company has not responded to three (3!) emails over three weeks attempting to get this purported 50% refund. I now have to contest the charge with my bank. If you don't need a refund, the product is fine (it has been advertised heavily on social media), if a bit spendy for nightlights and delivery was remarkably slow. HOWEVER, if you think you may need a refund, use PayPal or another service where charges can be more easily contested.
