I work as a account manager that deals with Hooray on a daily basis. The guys at hooray are always pleasant, friendly and most of all easily contactable. They put the customer first with their insurance needs

They go out of their way to make sure you're on the right plan(s), providing a breakdown of what the different insurers are offering in the process. Advisors are very friendly and knowledgeable.

So firstly they tried to promote a scheme to a largely Scottish staffed company with the salesman seemingly knowing little to nothing about the Scottish NHS including that this scheme meant we would pay for prescriptions through them that are free here. There were very few doctors using the scheme here (ARI Aberdeen) which made it useless for me specifically. They also did not reply to a GDPR SAR within the legal deadline for these things but have now done so.

Hooray provided a market report for our company (management consultancy) which included quotes from all the big 7 health insurers. Charlie was great, helped us to switch insurers with a total of 35% savings (against our renewal price). The whole process of switching of insurers was brilliant – they handled the whole process from start to finish. I would highly recommend any companies out there to use Hooray Insurance.

Excellent customer service, assisting clients with insurance companies and doctors. Taking the time to explain, advocate and help. Highly recommend it! I felt as the agent was taking care of a family member, compassionate, professional and wonderful communication skills.

My first time taking out health insurance.
I contacted a few health insurance companies last summer during the Covid 19 pandemic as I was worried if I were to become unwell or have an unfortunate accident if I would be able to access care and treatment via the my local GP or NHS as I knew from watching the news how over stretched they were and that a lot of tests, X-rays and medical procedures had been postponed and in some cases canceled. I spoke to Charlie who stated he was the owner of Hooray Health & Protection and I made him aware of my concerns and what I wanted out of my policy, I was very impressed with the time he spent with me over the phone explaining the policy breakdown and the step by step process when making a claim, he also stated that I would be able to call him any time throughout the policy if I had any further questions or issues, he was not very pushy in trying to get me to commit and nor was he using scaremongering tactics. We must of spent over an hour on the phone as this was the first time in my life I had decided to take out health insurance and I called him back after a couple of days as I wanted to get some more quotes and speak to more companies but the level of knowledge and customer service did not compare to Hooray. I would most definitely recommend giving a Hooray a call.

Hooray Health & Protection were really helpful with helping us to set up our income protection plans. They were attentive and listened carefully to our needs whilst also keeping us up to date with all of the relevant product information. They were really approachable and able to explain things in simple terms so it was easy to follow.
From start to finish in dealing with this company we were really pleased.
