Daniel is always such a joy to speak to... which isn't something you'd expect to feel when discussing life insurance! He's knowledgeable, helpful and just seems like a genuinely nice and sincere guy, which is incredibly important when dealing with such big topics: it builds trust. Daniel is an easy-to-talk-to chap that says it exactly as it is. He does the majority of the paperwork so changing policies or updating policies is just a quick phone call. He is also very friendly, which helps :)

The person I talked to was very helpful and helped me find the cover I was looking for, rather than spend time trying to persuade me to get a more expensive cover than I wanted or needed (unlike many other agencies out there). He was also very flexible and worked around my busy schedule for setting up my cover.
